Airline stocks were flying high again, helped by a fall in oil prices and positive broker comments.
EasyJet was up 2.1 per cent, or 10.6p, at 519.8p, as French broker Kepler Cheuvreux started coverage of the FTSE 100-listed discount carrier with a ‘buy’ rating.
Under-pressure budget airline Wizz Air also got a boost, with the FTSE 250-listed firm adding 3.7 per cent, or 57p, at 1592p as Kepler analysts started it with a ‘hold’.
