Monkish I’ve never used twitter so obviously you have me mixed up with someone else.
Nice recovery today from 25p, should see a rise in SP now btc seems to have somewhat stabilised.
I’m very bullish on Vlrm as at a time like this they could’ve saved investors millions/billions. If you know what Vlrm are going to achieve then you’ll know how…:)
Nothing has changed for the bod or company, business as usual as per the RNS. I’m thinking some people sold out early on Friday and saw the heavy buying into close, now wanting a cheaper entry hence all the unnecessary Fud today.
Enjoy the weekend folks and see you in 20’s on Monday.
I personally prefer the telegram group, very informative and active. I find a lot of negative (fud) non invested people trying to bash this company on this chat. This is a contributing reason to why this is chat is quiet. Atb.
As Patrick said in the group he can’t really tell Wired Valereum will be raising four pound fifty in the future. Thus, the 50-100mill raise comment but that is for future growth if and how it happens we don’t know yet.
Mark your letter for the attention of RP ;)
Considering the scope involved, it’s a smart move to rename the company from “Valereum Blockchain Plc” to “Valereum Plc” to better reflect our breadth.
We won’t know information until it’s confirmed in black and white via RNS and some of the above might be off the mark in retrospect but I strongly believe that where there's smoke there's fire.
Patrick said there is exciting times ahead in 2022… However, I personally think we are a beast in the making!
A lot of great research in the Telegram Group, join if you want to see where Vlrm looks to be going…the following courtesy of one of the members:
I have been doing a bit of research this evening and I believe coinstreet partners are a company of interest. Here’s my theory…
There was a Valereum placing that was completed on 1st July 2021 which raised £1m. Five days later on the 6th July 2021, GSX invests in Coinstreet Partners ( https://coinstreet.partners/global-stock-exchange-group-one-of-worlds-leading-players-for-driving-next-generation-capital-marketing-infrastructure-invests-in-csx-limited-in-hong-kong/ ). Was the Valereum placement a fundraising in principle for this deal?
Now look at the kind of stuff coinstreet do, they have recently teamed up with Somerley to provide professional services in security token offerings in Hong Kong ( https://coinstreet.partners/coinstreet-and-somerley-collaborate-to-form-new-venture-to-provide-professional-services-in-security-token-offerings-sto-in-hong-kong/ ). What they are collaborating on is this: https://www.stoglobalx.com - this to me looks relatively similar to what Valereum want to do with GSX albeit on a smaller scale to Valereum in my opinion.
In terms of further information on Coinstreet this can be found here: https://coinstreet.partners/about-us/#the-company - what I find really intriguing is this “Coinstreet focuses on the development of five key business segments: (1) asset tokenization & digital securities consultancy, (2) digital asset management & private banking, (3) digital asset global distribution coordination, (4) TADS issuance, trading & management platform, and (5) decentralized finance (Defi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and distributed ledger technology (DLT) solutions.”
Will Coinstreet’s next announcement be a collaboration with Valereum?
I also feel like we will have a another big ‘unexpected’ announcement on the back of Juno and GSX completions and I believe it could be to do with something with this: https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2021/02/08/2171208/0/en/Document-Security-Systems-Inc-Coinstreet-Partners-and-GSX-Group-Collaborate-to-Develop-Digital-Asset-Exchange-Business-in-the-US.html - perhaps this is why we are looking to list on the OTC markets in the US for further exposure and investor awareness. This could be followed by NYSE/NASDAQ listing in future based on the growth of Valereum Plc.
Based on all of the above, it seems like the acquisition of Juno was an extremely smart move considering this statement from our RNS “Juno is a long-established Gibraltar based group whose three areas of licensed operation cover the formation and management of trusts and similar entities, the administration of funds covering a broad range of activities, including both fiat and crypto currencies, and the formation and management of companies in Gibraltar and other jurisdictions worldwide.”
Considering the scope involved, it’s a smart move to rename th
