It is now my firm belief even with a constant spate of bad news the BT share price has refused to drop below the �2 mark. At this price with a Network and Quad Play already in place, BT is now looking like a company that will be involved in a merger or takeover bid. It will be an interesting year ahead for BT shareholders.

At this rate I'll be shareholder by xmas. Well the company will promote the likes of Gus McLafferty to managerial posts.

Hey Blue Peter you can hoist that flag of yours to the top of the mask but I'm not coming on board the sinking ship that is BT. I'll wait until the rats begin deserting at around �1.50 and then consider salvaging my losses.

The only reason today that this share could be termed a " Damp Squid " is if you have been taken in by the foolish RAMPERS on this site. I've already cashed in all of my shares at �2.35 I wish I had done so at �4.50 rather than believe the hype " �5 by Xmas". This share is going in one direction only and that's SOUTH. My target price to reinvest in this share is �1.49.
