I'm talking about the NON FACING CUSTOMER ENGINEERS I'll be specific the engineers who are not monitored by a control on a daily basis, instead work of an estimate, working away in unmanned exchanges, enabling them to come and go as they please, knowing that their manager who is based over fifty miles away, will hardly turn up at there place of work after 4 pm. They're the engineers who vary rarely make up the additional hours on their shift pattern to allow them that day off. These are the engineers that are costing BT thousands. Every day is treated as POETS day.
