I take your point, this not the place to air the dirty laundry.

I'm talking about the NON FACING CUSTOMER ENGINEERS I'll be specific the engineers who are not monitored by a control on a daily basis, instead work of an estimate, working away in unmanned exchanges, enabling them to come and go as they please, knowing that their manager who is based over fifty miles away, will hardly turn up at there place of work after 4 pm. They're the engineers who vary rarely make up the additional hours on their shift pattern to allow them that day off. These are the engineers that are costing BT thousands. Every day is treated as POETS day.

Faulty, BT must be losing thousands on allowing some engineers to work shift patterns that allows them day off either each week or every second week. I'm talking about the engineers who are not customer facing, who do not have trackers in their van, who abuse these patterns, who don't work to their correct finishing time and sneak of early just after 4pm when the engineers working a 5 day have finished.
