Like Mr Buffett I look at whether a company is doing well/ share price rising. Also the future is beyond most people including myself. If though, the fan hits the squit, I shall buy whatever if holding steady/ rising whether gold miners or even water/ power stocks like National grid. All those people at home watching the t.v/ computers should do the price a favour unless folks are selling them for the smallest slither of gold/ silver rare earth metals. Food for thought.

You're right it's no yards of Tizer at the Nearly there Arms just yet but the horse brass is getting polished and the buntings prepared in the beer garden. I've been filling pots and pans with cheap oil to sell later on too.
I'm break even at 55 down from 82 but 40 doesn't see so far away now we've broken the Monday 30 sound barrier. Every day that passes a few engines must be roaring out of their spaces. The weather is hottening up all over the Northern hemisphere and those air -con units will be firing up. Pent up demand for our Brent. ARCM are getting a little pinch every day now nearly. Not long now.

27.31 low compared with 26.5 yesterday and 24 late lst week. Uptrend fingers crossed. Movement less volatile today. Good stuff.

Good finish. Thought we might scrape 1/2 % or so given the days volatility. Hopefully we are at the beginning of a rising trend given we are of the 24p floor from last week.

Will probably see another 'Holdings' pop up soon. Still, the fundamentals are starting to look better even with the dodgy 'bots squirting out tiny orders to keep this low.

At this rate the 'Arms will get its Nobby's Nuts licence back and won't have to sell Private Baldrick's Licorice moustaches anymore. More relaxations in the news. A yard of Tizer to celebrate this evening.

At least we seem to be range-bound as opposed to very gently falling in price. More good news on industry/ commerce this week should help. "Stations put crowd-control measures in place" heads the prime article on the Beeb site. Not "This is getting worse" or similar. In other words, it looks a good day here. GLA

Just been shopping. More cars than ever- its 50% of a typical Friday. There may be a recession is some sectors but oil is rising as the engines-panes and transport start roaring into life (if there's no second virus wave). Like Reckitt and Benkwatsit and supermarkets doing well recently (after an initial drop , oh and Halfords-wish I bought them on the drop) it will be oil's time soon. Property may finally 'correct' as taxes rise to pay for this mess and wallets are squeezed (further).

I glad its you to Sir. Yes, I think this PMO will be a winner med/ longer term- plus i'm sticking more to ftse shares where the bigger action is. These AIM go-go companies like VOG are all well and good when the zoom up but the next share can half for bno particular reason When I was a kid I remember those little booklets in the backs of the broadsheet touting 'penny shares'...'huge gains' and all that. We still see them on Yahoo. Different touts same old 'S***. One was a Chinese aircraft fuel provider and another Chinese CBM driller went nowhere even with cheery 'broke'r consensus. (Thats why I never read 'broke'r reports anymore). Just goes to show. Lessons learned. Though could be the year end until its time for a yard of Asti Spumante and Corona at the Maplins bar.
