Big purchase of 30m shares published late.

I expected a late purchase when the share price did not move after the sales. I wonder if someone will mop up the balance of 500,000 + sold today.

MM!s still fiddling the price for insiders to get in cheap. It is an example of how corrupt AIM is.

Lets be having a comprehensive update, it is now long overdue. Investors being left in the dark as usual.

Another 2 late buys reported today. I still feel this share price is being manipulated. Surely there should be some RNS on shareholdings by now. Someone is mopping up any shares available every day.

Another 2 big buys reported late. It is about time we had some RNS on shareholdings. Someone has been accumulating shares for more than 1 month.

I agree with you (The Basher) that the share price is being manipulated & held down for a large investor to accumulate. I am surprised there are many free shares available considering the large buys over the last month or so. I hope the board are not withholding news like they used to. I continue to hold my shares & will wait for the outcome.

Someone still hoovering up the shares as they become available, the price sill being kept down. There must be a large holding of shares to be announced soon.

I hope the sales are from Giles Clarke to enable these recent large purchases. The sooner we are rid of him the happier I will be.

I think these small sells are MMs manipulating the share price. They give criminals a bad name with all their underhand dealings.

I presume it is a sell,. It is a good price for the large amount.

Just look in Directors deals for Kazera on LSE. You can surely realise why I am a bit irked. I feel I am being quite gentle with my remarks.

Hello Poppyseed, Has Giles Clarke (Westleigh Holdings not sold approx. 10m. shares according to RNS 4/10/24.

Giles Clarke & Nicholas Harrison killed the value in Kazera and awarded themselves millions of very cheap shares, as they also did with Ironveld. In my opinion they are not fit to be directors of a quoted company.

I am surprised that there are many free shares for sale after the heavy buys of the last few weeks.
