Think I just had a bad day yesterday, call it the start of my mid-life crisis!!!!
Baby on the way and a change of career (termination of my time in the RAF after 22 years) all within the next 14 months. Lots to look forward to and hopefully this plays a factor into how things pan out.
Not based on nothing though.
In Dec 2017, Alpha Growth had secured the mandate to manage the allocation of the investment capital raised through a bond offering from a leading specialist American private wealth and asset manager (the "Client"). The Client has an existing interest in SLS assets and building upon this, has organised a debt offering specifically to invest in life settlements through leverage, and expects to issue a series of bonds. The capital raised will to be used to invest in and trade US senior life settlements.
Yet we’ve heard nothing about this since.
In Feb 18, Alpha Growth plc (LSE: ALGW), a financial services specialist in the growing Senior Life Settlement ("SLS") asset class, is pleased to announce the launch of its own Hybrid security. The completion of the security into its marketable structure was finalised this month. Alpha was advised under engagement on the structure of the security by our advisors from one of the "Big Four" accounting firms' London offices and Actuarial Risk Management of Austin, Texas.
Apart from a few lines in the EoY results nothing.
The BOD have tried to charm the markets with comments about $100m mc based on nothing. They are failing presently and this is represented in the share price, a com0lete lack of transparency on these two items.
