DELISTING - LIONSGOLD LTD Trading of the Company's shares on AIM was suspended on 11 May 2018,as it has been determined that the Company has undertaken a fundamental change of business through the acquisition of TRAC Technology Limited (now renamed Goldbloc Limited).under AIM rule 14. As a result of it being suspended for 6 months, pursuant to AIM Rule 41, Lionsgold will be delisted from AIM on 12th November 2018. What does this mean for you? As the company is no longer listed on AIM you will not be able to trade your position. If you hold shares in an ISA, if you have a general investment account (GIA), after 30 days the shares will be transferred to your GIA; otherwise these will be withdrawn into your own name. Currently the share remain transferable, however there is no guarantee they will remain transferable in the future. Please be aware that although the holding may be de-listed it will remain in your portfolio showing the last traded price and will continue to be included in the calculation of your monthly Customer Fee.

We will aim to update your account within five business days of receiving the proceeds. Overseas residents should consult their professional advisers as to whether they require any governmental or other consents or need to observe any other formalities to enable them to participate in the offer.
