Hi Les. Just done my first £5000 swap and managed to gain an extra 3 shares. Got to wait till Thursday until I can do the 2nd lot. Onwards and upwards. Adrian

I’m doing mine in £5000 chunks as I only have that in readies. I pay in £5000 to my ISA, buy £5000 worth, then sell £5000 worth from my trading account. When that clears in 2 days, transfer it to my cheque account then pay same £5000 into my ISA then repeat.

The bell end who said the FSP will be over today?

Don’t get me wrong, I AM hoping for a good outcome, having 275,000 shares.

Hm. Have any other shares in history gone up 19 times upon completion of a FSP though?

Alas, Bacefook, as I’m 6ft 4 and a bit and 14 stone I avoid hills like the plague. Over here in Beverley is fine away from The Wolds.

Bacefook, I’m the same. Have cycled for over 40 years. Used to time trial, now retired and try to go out most days but only 30 miles usually; the occasional 40 or 50 miler. It’s a bit too windy and cold today so I’ll sit on the turbo for an hour.

As I have too many shares in my normal account that I need to transfer into my ISA what do we see the SP going to on Tuesday? And how best to do my transaction? I have £5000 in readies.

I only donate to the local Big Issue man John. In fact I’ve still got his Xmas present (£50) in my pocket as he’d already sold up on Xmas Eve. As he’s over 70 he’s not allowed back at his pitch till everything’s back to normal.

Some of us short term holders will be rich too; I’d have nearly £6m!
