What’s going on?

I top-sliced earlier. Only £800 though. But I’ve been down for a good 9 months and thought I’d take some out. Still have over 16,000 shares left which is fine for me.

So maybe they’re hoping the SP will shoot up by making the market think something’s afoot?

Do we think the BoD have accepted one offer or more to progress to making them binding?

I’m assuming the MMs know about the EGM but are they actually that bothered?

Someone noted that some other company went for 19 times the SP but who it was I can’t recall. Perhaps somebody else would know?

Here’s my thoughts: the SP will slowly creep up in anticipation of the EGM, nothing exciting will happen at the EGM, then we get a splendid RNS on Thursday morning when we will all be able to swan off into the sunset.

The day’s final SP of 24.7p seems low especially as there were 2 buys at 26.7p and 26.3p afterwards. Does anyone have an answer?
