Happy to see hardly any even block placing shares being sold today. The breaks are coming off and excitement will continue to build as we enter news rich period over the coming weeks and month's, and more investors become aware of Tom and the major upside from the current tiny mcap

Every two Placing Shares have one warrant attached, resulting in the issue of 388,888,888 warrants, with each warrant having the right to acquire one new Ordinary Share at an exercise price of 0.9 pence for a period of two years from the date of the admission of the Placing Shares (the "Warrants"). If the Warrants are exercised in full, this would result in the issue of 388,888,888 new Ordinary Shares raising a further £3,500,000 for the development of the Company's business, and which would represent approximately 26.8% of the Company's issued share capital as enlarged by the Placing.

Wishbone Gold Plc (AIM: WSBN), the London listed precious metals trading and exploration company, advises that it has contracted a detailed and close spaced high resolution aerial magnetic and radiometric survey on its Red Setter Project, in the Paterson Ranges in Western Australia.



The 57.4 km2 Red Setter Project is located only 13 km south-west of Newcrest Mining's Telfer Gold Mine and about 60 km west of Newcrest and Greatland Gold's Havieron discovery. Refer to Figure 1 for location map.

TomCo, together with its JV partner Valkor, and Quadrise, believe that the use of Quadrise's MSAR® technology can add significant value to the development of heavy and paraffinic oil deposits in Utah. Pursuant to this, the parties have planned a phased implementation of the MSAR® technology that covers:

· a commercial trial of MSAR® technology at the Petroteq Oil Sands Plant ("POSP") located in the Asphalt Ridge Facility in Utah, USA, ("Phase 1") that is now being managed and operated by Greenfield; and

· the development of commercial MSAR® plants of up to 10,000 barrels oil per day ("Phase 2") located at Utah facilities owned or operated by Greenfield.



The Agreement covers Phase 1 and comprises the following activities that are planned to be completed during the remainder of 2020, subject to completion of preparatory works at the POSP facility by Greenfield:

· proof of concept formulation and test work at Quadrise's research facility using oil samples supplied by Greenfield;

· the loan of Quadrise MSAR® commercial production equipment and MSAR® test equipment and supply of MSAR® additives; and

· the supply of specialist services to assist Greenfield in completing the commercial scale demonstration trial to produce over 600 barrels (100 tonnes) of power grade MSAR®.

Over the coming days, weeks and months I have no doubt as we past through key news flow and towards producing profits many multiples of of the current Mcap, we will see a significant rerate throughout Q1 - happy to have topped up heavy at these levels.
