Exactly NE, they own patents on a number of marine and engineering products, they alone are ego boosters to a big investor.
The buyer / partner is not just paying for the right to the upcoming contracts, but the company infrastructure, patented technology and global offices.
Just looking at their website, they have offices in all major hubs across the globe, no wonder this deal was kept super quiet.

It just doesn't make sense to see the SP at this price Justthisonce and I agree, 25p should be at least the SP right now.

I've just checked the HARL group and they're having the same thoughts, that HARL will need to collaborate to deliver their 1.7bn contract award. TGP are specialists in marine infrastructure, so this could be a perfect marriage.

One would think that would be the case Rich, so if joining now 4 bags minimum in 3 weeks would be expected.
We know HARL will need more staff if they get that big award, a company like this could be a perfect partnership and means to source competent and qualified personnel.

Looks like with a contract award as big as this, a takeover becomes more imminent!

I've just seen a buy go through but its coming up NT for me to buy even on small amounts and will take a dummy sell no probs.

As someone who knows how much these projects cost, I personally believe that contract award is greater than their current MCAP, so I'm expecting further updates to follow and won't be selling on just a bag.

Cool fact:
