A big transaction just came up, looks like a buy to me Kwota. The other ii majority holder is still in and so am I. I also saw one of the traders on Twitter is invested, so will be waiting for the share to pop. Looking forward to hearing more about the new build, 2 properties under offer for sale and hydroponics developments :)

Looks like Gav has exercised his options.
The buyers are loving the discount shares and they'll soon be eaten up.
If not, if we get phase 1 approval then they'll soon be zapped IMO :)

You'd think after that buy the SP would have moved up, considering there is such a low freefloat...

Yep, tbf the company SP was doing quite well until they announced they were considering a sale. Cancel the sale and all is restored :)

Background:

OCTP are currently developing cannabinoid based pharmaceuticals from an exclusive patented library to target pain from chemotherapy and Irritable bowel syndrome. Their lines include both tablet and vape products which aim to be a non addictive alternative to the opioid crisis faced by many around the world. Such pain treatment is estimated to be worth £bn’s each year. There have been companies in recent years who have offered cannabinoid based products which have gone on to be sold for £bn’s in early product development, providing a lucrative return for investors.

As worldwide cannabis regulation comes into effect, and a crackdown on illegal dispensary continues, the need to put regulated FDA and MHRA approved products into the hands of consumers has never been more important. OCTP are at the forefront, by taking all necessary steps in ensuring their products are fully compliant and meet the necessary regulation, in addition to seeking to provide patented and market exclusive cannabinoid based health management for patients across the globe.

Looks like we'll be the last ones standing when the properties are sold, we reach debt free and the guys build their next hydroponics facility :(

I know who the other investor is on ii and they’re proper savvy. Agree, the traders want quick money and don’t see the long term rewards. I hope the team are going to build a hydroponics business from scratch again, as find it all very interesting and a great investment to be involved in.

It will be their loss. IMO MM’s are happy to take as they know something is coming. I’m just under 3% atm but may be tempted :)

Suthy, as someone who wasted 2 years in QBT, I have no doubt FG is getting ready to do your placing, like he does every time he ramps QBT with empty promises. A total fantasy lifestyle company. He’s been liquidating companies behind your back and even has previous shareholder disputes against him, yet you worship his dirty feet and have the cheek to come here and try give financial advice to successful and respected investors?

I’m very happy with my Tekmar investment. They’re winning contracts daily, have a big expansion plan, cash at bank and the Directors have used personal funds for skin in the game. Poor Suthy for missing such a great opportunity.

Easy 1p imo. 2 of their developments under offer, new build development just started, new site procured for trialing our first live grows, supported by a team of qualified and well respected vertical farming experts who sold their previous company to the group behind Ocado as part of a super multi-million £ deal… question is, what do they have up their sleeve next!

Kwota, like the RNS where they said they want to start growing “cabbage” mixed in with targeting the pharma industry. Imagine if they applied for a cannabis grow license with the Home Office. The team certainly have the production expertise. Now that would be interesting.

Feels a bit leaky, most of us major holders won't budge without a good SP.

Suthy, when’s the placing happening at QBT? Did you get the settlement for the land dispute yet? Where is FG’s missing £30m? Where’s the patents? Dreamer mate. TGP multibag en route, Suthy is just another hater who got locked into a dog share and is bitter, so wants to bash other shares. Quite a sad pathetic gremlin.

Interesting that Rob has such a strong background in mergers and acquisitions. Could come in useful for negotiating potential takeover's or group expansion strategies, which IMO will be sooner rather than later :)
