Taken from yesterday's Sunday Times. Sorry couldn't find a link: "A Canadian billionaire is taking AIM listed group Templar Minerals to the high court over the sale of a mine in Fiji. Walter Berukoff sold the mine to River Diamonds in return for £8.5m in shares in the company, which Templar agreed to buy before the end of April 2008, according to papers filed at the High Court in May. Berukoff is taking Templar to court because he says the deal has not happened. He plans to confront River Diamonds' directors at its annual meeting this week."

I held these for a long time from 1p and through suspension, but I sold out a few days ago because the costs to produce are horrendous and with this "extra" share placement I am glad I got out with a profit, that is why this share has not taken off as many on this board just keep ramping and ramping, the markets never lie and all this bull about the sells being buys IMO is bull it is a good company with lots of gold but too much is not quite right for me so gone elsewhere. all IMO

Whilst I am a holder of these I am having serious doubts about this co. because of the costs involved, they seem to be horrendous, any thoughts?

You are right we are expecting an RNS out soon but unfortunately the markets are absolute pants at the minute and if you notice every share that goes up quickly comes down the next day or two because at the end of the day a profit is a profit and people are scared to hold any shares at the moment, this is a good share but sentiment generally will only dictate things going down.

Why do you keep saying that it is TMP buying at 4p? they are buying at 6p or do you mean that it is their brokers buying and making a 2p profit, those 500k 4p deals look like sells to me
