You just couldn't ask for a more positive and upbeat trading update. Revenue forecast to increase 50% in the first 6 months against last year and costs greatly reduced. Surely this trading update should move the SP forward??? Thoughts???

Newbieinvest - It's a huge buy from the CEO, 900,000 shares @ 55.1p is close to £500,000. He would certainly know a lot more than we do. He's certainly put his money where his mouth is. Oh EmeraldCarrots & Porky9 - You really are naughty and misleading rampers. There's no stake building going on here!!! That's just a blatant ramp. If any institution wanted a stake they had the opportunity in the raise at 1.5p. They chose not to invest, so the MM's had to take up the slack. Any buying is from rainbow chasers and poor souls being lead by blatant rampers like yourselves. Just to be clear. Not one solitary institution owns a single share in Genedrive, it's purely retail investors.

Mrs GloriaMarket - That was as absolutely brilliant read. I was totally engrossed. When is the sequel??? I can't wait. Now the volume is drying up people are losing interest. All the news is now out there. They've had the NICE approval to be second best and back up to Lab testing!!! They've announced a 0.1M contract. I don't know if Genedrive think £0.1M sounds more than £100k??? But it's still only £100k!!! They burn through that in less than a week, it won't even touch the sides. The problem with Genedrive, is their cash burn is colossal. There will definitely be another raise before any meaningful revenue and it will be at an 80% dilution as was the last raise. The rampers can dress up and exaggerate the fairytale numbers as much as they want, but the reality and facts are that Genedrive do not generate income from their POC devices. Since the NICE approval on the 31st July the SP has gone from a high of 5.5p to 3p and now there's no volume!!! I've made no secret of the fact that I'm heavily invested in RUA Life Sciences. It's a totally different company in every aspect to Genedrive. It's extremely well managed with strict cost controls and some real groundbreaking products. Genedrive is just one huge disappointment as many LTH's can testify.

StrictlyZinc - RUA is the only AIM stock I hold. I completely understand GreenEyes1 nervousness at times because I'm currently holding an awful lot of stock in RUA. Personally I think it's an absolute steal at the moment and as someone rightly pointed out when you add their cash to their assets, the IP is technically given a negative value. Good luck. Nissangtr786 - Don't beat yourself up. It's only money and you're young enough to get it all back and a lot more. If you get a chance have a look at RUA. I've got a substantial holding in them. Very little free float unlike GDR. RUA recently granted directors and staff options at a premium price aligned with shareholders at 11p. But it's the conditions attached to those options that you need to read, return of capital to shareholders and takeover. Good chance to recoup your losses here IMHO. DYOR. Good luck. Atb Popeye.
