On 25th Jan my finger hovered over the sell button at 2.6p as I nearly ran out of patience despite still having belief that it was ridiculously undervalued. Lucky escape or what! Note to self, when you've done your research, hold your nerve!

If it gets down to 3p or even 3.5p, I suspect that the patient long term holders will be topping up in their droves (me included). The board needed to prove their worth and have now done so. Their strategy of moving towards a clearer NAV will be taken as a huge positive by the market and the special divi shows that the board are aligned with the shareholders. In my view even at 5p, this remains a well under valued off the radar gem.

HL were 5 and 6.5 when I posted. Even at your figures it's making me think twice about topping up.

Just as you thought the spread couldn't get any worse, 5p sell 6.5p buy. Market Makers are Market Breakers here. What's going on?

37.5% - huge. Hopefully it'll open at a more reasonable level. If it remains it could put investors off. Those of us who have sat patiently on Prim know that there is still potential for it to double again but for a new investor to know it's got to go up by nearly 40% once broker fees are paid just to break even might be of putting. If the spread goes back to 10% l will be topping up as quickly as I can. New car time!!!

Anyone know where or when we might be able to view details of the CVA? I wonder what the possible dilution of shares might look like. I'm far from excited yet. Could and up with 1p for £1 for all we know?

You posed as our friend when you needed us. Fortunately I have such a negligible amount invested that I'm not worried, but honestly these shareholders deserve better. Don't be surprised if they never invest in a company owned by or associated with anyone on this BoD ever again. It's a shame because for a short while I'd begun to think that this BoD were better than the last.

TBH, I'd still be patient if Dr Krebbs hadn't used us and then disappeared, but the fact that the updates stopped as soon as he got what he wanted tells me all I need to know. Of course, if the Doctor reappears I will happily stand corrected but I'm not holding my breath.

Totally agree. This stock cannot stay so far undervalued forever. Surely this BoD will gain trust from the market. Hold tight!

I'm hoping to make my losses (because I've written off ICON) back on PRIM. Great new board who took massive pay cuts and bought shares themselves. Making what appear to be very shrewd and well structured (with clear exit strategy) investments in sectors expected to thrive. It's a very complex stock but seems ridiculously under valued (even though it's up about 10% this week).
