The allegation re breaking the lock in agreement is exactly that at the moment, an allegation. I think what we all want to know is whether PRIM admit to the allegation. @prim4all it would be good to hear from you.

I still don't understand why the share price is falling when there have been way more buys than sells over the past couple of weeks. What am I missing here?

Was Boris that bad? Is Nigel the devil in sheep's clothes? Is Keir the most inept PM ever (Lizz Truss aside)?

Why oh why are we always trying to chose between the least bad option?

Interestingly, there are lots of buys going through but almost no sells. 2 things spring to mind.

1, Why haven't we seen a dramatic rise in the share price given the market activity?

2, Who is buying and why?

But why would they exit in such a rush. They are not stupid individuals so why? It doesn't make sense to me. It just doesn't add up.

I'd be surprised if we hear much any time soon given the potential legal ramifications.

I do wonder if PR1 was in some sort of trouble so PRIM cashed in whilst they still could? If that is the case, do PR1 have the means to take on a legal battle? It's interesting that last time PRIM made money, shareholders were rewarded with a handsome special dividend. This time, it seems that they're potentially teeing up a share buyback. This would leave us in a strong position if we needed to raise funds down the line. It may be that PRIM saw a potential legal challenge but got out anyway (whilst they still could???).

This will be an interesting watch!

So initially the PR1 exit looked to me (and it seem, the market) like a really good profit realised. Then the breach of investment lock happens.

I've been invested in PRIM for a long time, and one of the main reasons is faith in the board who have done everything by the book and in a sensible and patient fashion. However, in the case of PR1, it seems that we have left in a rush. I'd be very surprised if the alleged breach of lock is a simple oversight. It will be interesting to see how this unfolds and why we appear to have hurried out of the door?...

Looks like a great deal on Priority. More cash in the bank. I suspect that we're looking at a share buyback, instead of Special Dividend this time...

I'm sure that this is how it used to be a long time ago and it worked well. When I say a long time ago, we may even be talking Thurstons...

The spread does make it difficult, but the MCAP is so low, one half decent bit of news can more than double the share price (as we saw in early 2024).

The problem I'm having is actually buying them at any price. I top up (a very small amount) monthly. This month my order was placed on 1st May. It is still pending now. There is just no liquidity.

Hopefully there will be some form of event soon and we'll see a hive of activity. If not, I'll remain patient, as ultimately the NAV to MCAP ratio should become more aligned, and I still like the Fresho position.

That's exactly where I am with this one. It would have to be catastrophic for me to sell. The long term future looks as solid a bet as I can find right now.

I'm looking forward to some action on PRIM. It's been painfully quiet for a while now.

Bit of a stretch, that isn't it?

I nearly closed a couple of days before it got fun last year. Glad I didn't. This is one of those shares where patience, patience and a bit more patience are needed. I hope you find an investment that works well for you.

Excellent well managed, profitable company. Just topped up in the dip. Off to get a steak bake to celebrate!

Yeah, the spread kills you with these small companies. I've nearly topped up a few times but when you see what percentage you need to rise by just to break even It can be a bit off putting. Having said that, I'll kick myself when the next 30% dividend or 10p per share offer comes in!!!
