You would only have been shafted, if you were to have sold at a loss, I bought in for a short term pain, with intentions of a long term gain.

Enlighten me as to how us ordinary share holders have been shafted

Are you not forgetting it was recommended to except his offer, and yes I believe his offer to fall well below what I was hoping for, I didn't want to be left behind holding shares that would then be worthless in a de listed company, or that was the advice I had been informed

Thanks that's a relief in knowing I would still benefit from the higher offer, should there be a higher offer, I too believe his offer of £3.60 is way to low

What I mean is, as I accepted the recommendation of £3.60 offer what happens should he come back with a far bigger offer say of another 40p per share, taking it to £4 a share to get the deal over the line, would I get the £3.60 I accepted or the £4 offer

What happens to my shares if DK walks away, as I had accepted the recommendation, to accept his offer, do we think he is to come back with a higher offer

Any thoughts as to why the offer has been suspended
