open an isa for year 20/21 with your broker then ask them to transfer £20k from your trading account into your isa account as a bed and isa. there will be a small ocost and slight dilution depending on how good they are. Thereafter any profit above the strike price(say they do it at .3) is tax free.

you are allowed the first £12500 of profit tax free thereafter taxed at 20pct

well I just added 7.1m into my isa and seems I walked into a wall of selling,suppose looking on the flip side if the selling wasnt there would have had to pay more than 27.6. happy to have more even if it does dip back.

crocqman you are absolutely right, wrong choice of word. The point I was trying to make was that the finality of the max .84 figure was baseless and unquantifiable as is 3p but the former was worded as written in stone whereas the latter was "could be". I stand corrected.
