With Christmas being upon us once more greetings and good wishes abound but reflection shows a ten bagger and more since last Christmas Eve from this little gem and the real story has only just began. Where will we be this time next year?

You cannot release what you don't have.
GH has given us the nod by saying they will be returning to Scally when it cools. GGP would not be returning if nothing was there.
The Havieron newsflow is going to keep GGP share price progressing anyway -enough to satisfy most Pi's expectations.
I expect a lot of PI's are expecting to sell or top slice anyway so would like to force upward movement but as Paddy implies 'sit on your hands' and your patience will be rewarded.
The future could not be brighter so be happy with where we are at the moment.

It amazing how much yesterdays rise must have hurt - They have falsified the spread to make it look like an exactly similar fall today on bid price. And Laughingly HL are reporting a 1p rise today even though they lowered their valuations (bid price) accordingly. You couldn't make it up.
It matters not in the scheme of things as we all know where this is going.

Nice to see the confidence in GGP on here. No panic. Probably top up opportunities through the day if you time it right-maybe a blue finish?.

We small and not so small shareholders cannot thank Gervaise enough for all his sterling and unselfish work at GGP since he joined.
He has more than delivered with shareholder value and put GGP in the wonderful debt free position to progress into a major player in whatever form the future takes.
The strain was there to see in the interview but his endorsement of his successor was fine. I wish GH the best of health and success for the future.
In Shaun Day I saw a glimpse of confidence borne out of previous success's and this bodes well for GGP's future in whatever form it takes. The fundamentals are there.
To all shareholders in the long term then your golden tickets are even more golden and should not be frittered away -and I think many are loading up, if possible, at the cheap share price that exists at the moment to take advantage of where we will end up.

I think the new derampers you mention are those with ulterior motives who try to get all holders to sell whether they are newbies or LTH. They will seek to profit from a fall in price. It's all in the game of course but you can become immune to it.
If you have sensible thoughts and would like to post then do so without fear or favour.
I have been surprised that many more knowledgeable posters have not really taken me to task.

A large drop(comparatively) is often followed by a further fall the next day. It's the way of things. The market then starts to reassess where it went wrong and the correction begins.
Those who do not have the vision of the size and scope of Havieron to produce mind boggling amounts over the next 2 decades and more need to reassess their research/delve into what is already known and what is yet to be discovered. Be happy that GGP has a good stake in the profitable money earner over the period. Havieron alone will make GGP.
I need not mention the other prospects as we are all happy with GH and his management team and their future plans which will come to fruition in a relative short time frame in terms of mining/exploration and will be the icing on the cake.
Do not believe the myth that GGP is/was currently over-valued. It was not/is not.

No reason apart from investors selling on stellar long term news and many then buying in lower. Par for the course with this share aided and abetted by greedy MMs who like taking out any naive investors stop losses knowing full well this will recover to previous levels in quite quick time and go well beyond previous highs in future.

Gervaise extremely bullish about Havieron. Didn't even need to mention Scallywag or other prospects. Enough said. We could be over £1 or more this time next year.

Now is not the time to sell. Just imagine if the much anticipated Scallywag results were to emerge soonish this will re-rate considerably or even if another major tried to muscle in. You probably would not be able to get back in without it costing you a fortune. Hang on to what you have got. The value will not go away with words from detractors who have missed the boat or want to try and get in as cheap as possible.

I am not looking for other shares. They will not surpass GGP. Have sold the others and loaded up on GGP.
May regret not keeping ALBA as we always used to say "Deres Gold in them their hills" as we looked towards the Welsh hills" But probably not a lot-Mind you a really nice premium price if it comes good.
May have a small punt again in a month but more urgent developments await with GGP.

I do a small top up when spread is unreal/messy just on principle. Not that it will have any effect of course.

Now is the time to focus on the forthcoming drill results from Newcrest. We are fortunate that they will always be accurate-No ifs and buts. The headlines are most likely to be record intercepts etc yet again possibly in the newer and or deeper areas of Havieron. The market has not priced anything in as only Sandeep and his team will know at this stage if current grades/quantities have been exceeded.

Possible we may see a small fall today before the Newcrest news tonight for tomorrows anticipated rise. Whether NM will incorporate the Initial Material Resources Estimate along with their interim drilling results update will be interesting but I feel they will issue this independent of tonights drilling results as it's likely to include qualifications relating to areas of Havieron not included in the IMRE and indeed an indication of any other Havieron drilling expansion.
It will be all good anyway.

Relaxed about my GGP investment with all the outcomes due this month.
Some may try to denigrate a lower initial resource but its perfectly obvious that the later MREs will be much higher with revisions over many years at Havieron by Newcrest.
I am now thinking about the build up to GGP itself becoming the high value top dog explorer over the next few years and wonder where we will be along that path in 12 months time.
As always it must be onwards and upwards but there's always the opportunity to take some profits along the way depending on age/need/strategy and topping up at times as GH has said this share will keep on giving and I have always believed what GH has said since he joined GGP several years ago.
All the excellent posters on this board will still enjoy the ride for many a while.
