Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
The poor presentation detracts from the message. Surely its not too much to ask for a more professional approach from GGP with these presentations.
Having said that I have always believed in the potential of GGP and the volumes at Havieron alone will surpass previous records.
With the new insights on how to locate future tier one deposits within the other GGP JV's with Newcrest and GGP's stand alone projects plus new probably deeper drilling of known targets starting next year at Ernest Giles for example the future is still very bright.
I will make no apologies forecasting huge future quantities of mineralisation within much of the regions of Australia/Tasmania that GGP have highlighted.
We are, as an exploration and now potential mining company, well on our way to our pay day which will be very positive.
Do not discount Shaun Day.

Perhaps all ordinary shareholders in GGP do not have sufficient vision (we are not Warren Buffets or similar) to understand just how enormous the discoveries/methods employed by GGP have had/will have on the future Australian Gold supply totals in double quick time.
The world supply of gold could well be affected. Perhaps a doubling in supply would reduce the price significantly at a cost to bullion holders and justify the Banks decision to continue shorting Gold.
No new real gold drilling results seem to being reported by any drillers. Has the Australian Government placed an embargo preventing/delaying this to try and keep this under wraps until they have completed preparations to safeguard their Gold industry from huge foreign intervention. They may consider forms of Nationalisation to achieve their ends.
GH hinted slightly at how big this could become and the possible ramifications, if so, are mind boggling.
Understanding the end game is the key. Whatever, there will be winners and losers and be prepared for anything. Food for thought maybe when nearly every risk factor has been discounted by good research.
I could go on and on but does anyone really believe that the privilaged know something we don't. If so, Who will spill the beans?
GLA in your strivings and keep praying for the positive long term outcome that this share desrves.
Great email response.
GGP is itself the gold mine we shareholders are invested in. Havieron has started the ball rolling but the best of GGP is still to come in the future.

Too true before news - but this time we may really set the fireworks off with no damp squibs. Hope so.

So many times before excellent results from updates have not had much impact on the SP.
Will it be any great difference from the Norm this time? or will Wednesday nights results go beyond the quick limited temporary rise and general fall back in the next sessions. I wonder as it seems such a well trodden path.
What is really needed is something star special included in the results to really fire the overall wider imagination/interest in GGP. If this interest can be fired from/to a new wider audience and overall volumes of buying by new PIs/general public can reach levels not seen for a long time anywhere in broker reports. Like GGP was the most traded or near most traded share for the long upward run on HL each day for a long period in the good days as an example.
It is coming and all on here know that and we know it should certainly be anytime before the end of this year.
The heavy institutional/similar buying by large organisations has been at mates rates (does nothing for SP) organised to ensure these will get exceptional returns on their investments over the next 20yrs to 50Yrs + in what will almost be the safest bet in mining ever. The monster is lurking and we have a 30% share of it at least on Havieron alone.
So, likely, the results will star and start the process this week but don't be disappointed if the Norm applies to these results.
The progression to a working mine cannot be stopped by anyone (except Natural disasters or complete incompetence which is a no no).
You know the message and do not be spooked.

Kevin Philips,
Thanks for the good wishes.
Appreciated.
After a short hospital visit of approx 4 days equivalent for a serious illness for now, I temporarily lost contact with GGP happenings during that period- and realised that currently it was more of the same re SP whilst I had been hoping for a little advance.
I revisited a selection of my and others previous posts for the past 3 years and concluded that the immense size of Havieron predicted still holds very well.
This was confirmed by the excellent Bamps post which was the excellent tonic for me and with new results due soon I am sure recovery will be enhanced.
Hold long and strong- It cannot be held back. Eventually this will fly again and thanks to all the other special posters on this board.

Hello Impecunious2 and CJ,
Thank you for the replies/information.
Although I was aware of Equiniti (through Post Office shares) I did not realise they acted as a broker or organisation that could do this. Perhaps my later research would have pointed me in that direction.
Mind you I would still find it strange that so many Private Investors would use a nominee account for their shares (but agree that could be possible especially as Equiniti have encouraged it).
I think if I was a shareholder in GGP through Equinity using a Nominee Account I would certainly seek assurances that there would be no way the takeover by Siris would include these shares especially as an offer has been made already. It could be rejected of course.
My knowledge does not extend to these complicated (for me to understand) levels so maybe it is best to forget that part of my post as I would not want to mislead especially as mega values are likely to emerge in a relative short period of time.
One of the best things about this board is that you can learn a lot from helpful posters who offer helpful solutions
Thanks and good luck in your investment.
As always keep the faith.
Bamps21,
Following the trends as indicated by you may be the thing to do in the next few days. The likelyhood could be that the impasse on SP will end suddenly just before the next set of results. A sudden spike which may be caused by latecomers wanting to get in before the results are announced.
This could set it the long term rise off with further spikes along the way.
It may not happen now because there may be still large numbers still waiting to get in as cheap as possible,
in which case it may well be more of the same until the approaching PFS is almost upon us in September when this will spike.
Of course, a good drill result for GGP (if properly reported) from its other prospects could alter things a lot.
Interestingly to me that while having a bite to eat halfway through this message I read the Daily Mail headline today (Mark Shapland) that the private Equity firm Siris was swooping on Equiniti- a not well known firm- and that it was bit of a surprise.
What has it got to do with GGP you may ask But Equiniti Group has (Top Ten) a 16.5M shareholding (reduced by 6.1% from previous figure) in GGP.
What will that holding be worth in 3-5 years? and it could really explain why the offer has been made by Siris for Equiniti. I have not really got time to research further but it would be another aspect of GGP share ownership if Private Equity firms were seeking to grab a route into the assumed future value of GGP Havieron mine (part owned) in this way.
Food for thought and maybe I will find time to investigate further.
GLA and keep strong.
Well, I will believe it when I see it.
The time may not yet be upon us - The approx 20p hold has been with us for some while to allow Big Institional and other Large Investors in at very cheap rates.
As it is the top 25 shareholders already own 50% of GGP.
Insiders (GGP management and a few others hold 4% of GGP).
The General public hold 45% of GGP.
Private companies own the balance of approx 1% of GGP. (NB figures rounded up. Source Simplywallst.
SD and the current Management still want more large institutions involved and no doubt these are circling to get a stake in potentially one of the the largest mines of recent times anywhere in the world. Hence the only way to accomodate them at mates rates is to squeeze the general public shareholders (get them to sell) by any means they can. It may be this embargo may last a while longer especially if another 20% of GGP shares is needed to let them in.
It is interesting to note not only the likely involvement of MM's in the process but also to note that apart from RNS good news not being allowed to increase the SP significantly that recent promised figures by Newcrest have been downplayed or not even published. Like the promised original MRE update and very few results in proportion to the amount of infill/other drilling carried out etc.
Have they been nudged to keep a lid on the SP for the time being whilst still being overtly positive.
Whilst GH always supported the General public shareholders fully the recent rumors implying he has sold out seems more like a put up story to me and it would not surprise me to see he still holds the majority of his holdings.
We will see if SD really has the smaller shareholders at heart and let no one be in any doubt that large institutions do not care a toss about smaller shareholders despite the often trotted out maxim by management they want to increase shareholder values but ask yourself which shareholders?
We have to keep our wits about us concerning any financial plans put forward and also ensure that GGP do not get saddled with excessive debt before production starts (and I am not talking about a trivial £50M).
What I do know is even if the SP fell to 12P the strength of GGP would in the long term eventually escalate to huge amounts. The institutions etc are not putting millions into this share to lose money that's for sure and it tells all of us the GGP investment case is as sound as we all believe.
You have survive this phase to be in the end game at all costs.
People may accuse me of deramping but that would not be true as I have always fully supported this share. Just be careful with the various forces at work.
The wisest are those who can work out/see the end game (not always possible). It will not necessarily be easy but keep aware of pitfalls.
And thanks as always for those who give their time freely to pass on their specialist knowledge for all of us.
GLA.
Apologies if figures quoted are slightly out of date but overall they were
As hard as many seem to try on GGP they still cannot get this share price to less than 20p. Been trying on a monday for weeks now. Even showing a bid price of 19.80p does not help them. The SP is still above 20p.
Tells you that the course is firmly upwards in the future when the GGP take off time arrives soon.
Make sure your on the rocket by hook or crook all the way to the top with SD/CB/GH ultimately within 2-3 years and a little, ably supported by PG/Bamps and many other knowledgeable posters.
Fortunately not many are in denial.
GLA for the future.
Hey Ho it's the week end- relief after the Paul Daniels magic trades show. Now you see it, now you don't. Chuck in a few falsies, store a few, lose a few or a lot and wave the magic algo. All good fun on Aim- methinks. Pity about the investors.
But they are generally just waiting for next weeks show.

Amazing Paddy,
How you always come up trumps.
Newcrest are on a mission and we must strongly grip their coat tails to get our rewards a lot quicker than imagined.
Enjoy the ride.

Who knows why the GGP SP has not progressed with all the positives there are.
I don't really see the end game from the numerous theories relating to price manipulation, dirty tricks, Banks and gold price movements/shorting etc, takeovers and many others put forward on this board. No one has convinced me that a true logical reason exists to account for the fall.
At least the SP is holding up at around 20p and any attempts to take it lower appear to be soon rectified by topping up actions of both LTHs and STHs. I don't really see that day trading is currently affecting the SP all that much with the low turnover and generally small average quantities/value traded. Even to try and profit by day trading this share is currently not enough to turn a regular profit I would think but maybe wrong.
If the SP were being manipulated whoever it was would probably take it down a lot lower just to spite me but I would obviously not hold enough clout for that to happen.
The fact that we are on Aim could adversely affect the GB Financial Press that results in the popularity of GGP and its achievements not being properly reported because most mainstream columnists/advisors will not touch Aim with a barge pole except for short mentions of the occasional success. When there are negatives to report like todays 'Daily Mail' half page piece on Rio blowing up the Australia's Indiginous Peoples historic/sacred caves, thats different. Rio are now struggling in Australia and its not reflecting well on all other miners/explorers there. And really it's not new news.
There could be some temporary collusion with institutional or very large buyers at low (mates rates) prices in recent past times going on and the nod and wink happening (like an undisclosed private market resulting in large quantities of GGP shares coming up for sale). It might therefore surprise a few investors on here as to who at what levels were involved if something like that was happening.
The one thing that keeps me going is the apparent surefire end game where GGP /Havieron (and NCM) will ultimately achieve their goals in value that their case/work deserves. All investors know this will happen.
The icing on the cake will be any other Tier 1 discoveries GGP make in the meantime which could take us to the top in the future.
The time is coming very soon in terms of mining/exploration success timescales.
Keep the faith and GLA.

Don't be suprised by lack of SP momentum.
Patience -later today, tomorrow and friday and onwards. The whole world will want a slice of the action-as is commonly referred to as the herd arriving- An awful term but we should see volumes in excess of 150M shares on certain days.
The rerate must come and fast. Hand on to your shares and hats.
How can it not?

Paddy.
Amazing work.
Thats it in a nutshell. No ifs and buts and over time will continue giving for the foreseeable future.
I challenge the friends of GGP to really hammer the message home when Newcrest finally come up with the MRE later this year and its not too long to wait, now.
Hold on to those golden tickets and investors are surely going to add at these current lowly prices where/if they can.
Well done Paddy and all the other expert contributors.
If Goliath or any one of our current drilling campaign targets hits anything approaching Havieron Style first results later in the year invoking Newcrest to take over management of the Juri Juri joint venture on 01/01/22? Remember the excitement of GH and SB at these prospects potential.
On top of all the anticipated good news due soonish on several different fronts.
It does not bear thinking about - at least- it would put the current very low share price in the context of the ridiculous.
Up with the skylarks for starters I would think.
Have a dreamy weekend.
GLA
It strikes me that no one is absolutely sure what is currently happening with this share price and why hence all the speculation/theories.
The only sure thing is that Havieron/GGP/Newcrest are going nowhere for the duration, Neither is the gold. As long as you are a shareholder you have your assured stake in the future.
All the evidence points to an unstoppable rising tide for the near, mid and long term future.
There will be those who want in as cheap as possible (be it rich investors, Corporations, Large rival miners or whoever, they may use any reason/trick they can to lower the ask, those who think they are powerful enough to materially reduce the ask or those who believe they are capable of trading to what they want- either way in the ask to 'Fait accompli' possibly but they cannot succeed.
It can be argued it's all part and parcel of investing.
The tide will turn and this will move forward at anytime at pace in the near future for any one of a myriad of very good reasons most of which are well known to shareholders who read this board (and many other shareholders).
There is no one powerful enough to deny the tide of whats to come (even King Canute had to concede to the almighty) and we just need to keep in and confident until that spring tide arrives and ignore the daily tribulations. We do not even have to wait until next spring for that tide!!
GLA.
There would always be many things to consider in this transitional phase of our development. The replacement of GH with SD - although always an admirer of GH I can understand if he was given a slight push or more to let SD move the company forward. SD is obviously well qualified for that task and must be working to a master plan with maybe a few slight amendments along the way. The way may not be easy to achieve and may prove painful for some investors who have in the past along with GH and the Board have pushed this forward by playing their part.
It has, I think, now changed and the seeking of corporate support from large USA/Canadian (assumed, not proven by me) and more likely a much wider World base is the order of the day but there is likely to be a cost in terms of reduced share price (not solely for this reason) for a while.
It probably would have been anticipated/agreed that GH would sell some of his holding- and who would deny him that right- and maybe certain things on the news front relating to results reporting by Newcrest were modified slightly to try and partly offset any changes as a result.
I take a great amount of comfort in Sandeeps Newcrest exploration statements that every Havieron drill hits mineralisation, If they go deeper or in any direction it is still open, etc, etc. Whist Newcrest know exactly what they are doing it may be that they are struggling (workload) with anticipated updates to the original inferred totals which is why there were no actual quantity updates in the latest quarterly results apart from a few drill results-but Newcrest may now concentrating solely on producing the contracted MRE on time for Havieron.
So we still have the anticipated much larger contractual MRE figure still to come later this year with less lead up speculation. This will be the main springboard for the share price.
The springboard share price rise could be started by GGP current drilling results but we all know that the likelyhood of hitting a second Havieron with comparable grade drill results first time at new prospects may not happen before the MRE but we can live in hope.
The thing is current new totals we are waiting for are not the cause of the current falls which bodes very well for the future and with the brilliant Bamps in depth knowledge/forecasting we can remain extremely confident that the SP will move forward at pace when the time comes.
I can really see nothing to stop it.
GLA and keep holding/loading if you can.
