They instructed them over a £300k(I believe) case which was settled, for a figure not known to us. They are in dispute of invoices totalling @£108k. That is not an insignificant sum to defend a case worth £300k. Wouldn’t you think they should and would have prior knowledge of the cost to act for them? If not exactly, a ball park?

C’mon Saint, do you actually believe that? The WUP was submitted on 25th Oct and you think they didn’t know about it? It’s a barefaced lie and just another of the many, which is now apparent, they have fed us over the past three years. Dels list might give you a better idea of all the cr@p and that’s not including the multiple times a member of this board or telegram have found news and forced the BOD to speak.

IMO, they’re an embarrassment. All the ‘top’ advisers and legal firms and still, nothing. They clearly haven’t got any control of what they spend and if by some fkn miracle they do decide to sell anything, it’ll be wiped out by the huge fees incurred.

I neither see it as a negative or a positive. I’m sure they have their reasons and happy to wait for the outcome.
