I note from another board that Zink and Hatfield Oak are both registered with the same domain registrar? WildWest Domains Inc. of Arizona? Innocent coincidence or to be expected. Non trading , unregistered connected dormant company eneters into contract as yet unsigned to eneter into non refundable £3.25m franchise deal with banrupt franchisor. Tesco's and IBM will love this one. It is almost as if management are deliberately trying to blow the company up. Does the Stock Exchange perform any due diligence before RNS's are released...I guess I know the answer.

Who are Zink Financial and how well does Earthport know them? Zink Financial is a Panamanian registered company which has common business management with a number of existing Earthport relationships, including Hatfield Oak International an Earthport customer for the past four years. Zink intends to now locate customers and promote the Earthport business across the Central American, South American, and Caribbean Regions, and progress can be seen at www.zinkfin.com once their website is formally launched. No wonder the auditors ran a mile. So Zink Finanacial is an SPV set up to purchase a Franschise from Earthport. Where is the £ 3.25 million coming from ? Wonder if they also subscribed to the loan note? This looks more and more like a scam so be very careful. My view is that turning to a highly dubious franchise model is the final confirmation that I need that this company is all over.

This is all very lovely but can anyone tell me if Zink Financial SA actually exists and if so when when was it incorporated?.. Can anyone actually confirm that Zink Financial services has £3.25 million in cash available to invest in a non-refundable franchise fee? The info put out by Earthport as we all know from past experience is aways wholly inaccurate, wholly misleading and wholly self-serving to everyone's needs bar the shareholders. As yet everyone seem to be able to find info on Harfield International but zilch on Zink Financial. Try googling Hartfoeld International Scam. If you think a £ 3.25 million non refundable up front payment against a deal to be concluded contractually some time in early 2010 between a bankrupt company and a company that for all intense and purposes does not seem to exists is normal......well you are beyond help, If this is all you have to thorw at me I suggest you wake up. As for Hartfield, why are they ion the RNS? This will be revealed for what it is,and very soon I suspect.

I see that Hatfield Oak International is a one stop financial services group that can provide mail forwarding to tax planning for a more discerning clientele. Based in Pananama, apparently an ideal offshore jurisdiction (for what exactly!) and an absolutely bonnie place to live, assumimg of course you have enough armed guards on your staff. As for Zink, surprise surpise as Cilla would say, it is not listed on any of my trading platforms or research databases. I have fired off a couple of emails to the news providers asking for some info on them. I could not even find a website on Google. It certainly has a whiff about it, if this blows up, this stock is 0 pence overnight. I wonder why the auditors qualified eveything ??????, surely management could have satisfied them with news of this deal in the pipelne. I wonder who provided the loan note. Still in the money thanks, but not the news I was hoping for. As usual though even the RNS's are very vague. I am not clear if the franchise fee of £3.25 m covers the 5 years or is the annual fee or just a one off. If the former, 650k p.a will hardly make a difference. Deatiled contract to be signed early 2010....brilliant. Franchises...the business model of last resort when all else fails.

What makes the Audit Report even more interesting is that the issuance of equity and the Loan Note for £1 million were both post balance sheet events. Despite these additional funding sources being known the auditors were still unable to issue a clean audit report. Instead it was qualifled as a going concern and protects the auditors from being sued or held accountable to any third party who invests, lends or does business with, in any capacity, with the company. It is an indebted dead duck and its final days are not far away. You simply don't do business with a company, especially one that transfers money for people that is on the verge of bankruptcy. I would suggest people have a look at the MCashback website, all the tabs refer to the same summary info...not the most impressive. Lastly Tesco's have announced a new tie up this weekend with a software provider for its expansion into banking and no mention of Mcashback. or Earthport....what a surprise, I agree with the earlier posts, the whole thing is just a red herring.

Ok, I messed up big time, it is UK based with US Office as apposed to US based with UK Office. Certainly a serious enough mistake to be accused of abuse. Seems you apply different standards to posters who take the time to check links and websites than that applied to the management and board of this company and their dissemination of information. Have a look at the Mcashback website, several tabs all with the same info given below....will endeavour to find out more as might very supportive to my short which is developing very nicely. I think my facts were pretty accurate, Earthport is not mentioned on the Tesco website or within the Terms and Conditions nor is listed as a 'partner' with MCashback in either of the respective websites. The assumption is that Mcasbackh are using the Earhtport UPN Remittance system in its dealings with Tesco. This may be true but it has not been confirmed. This is all quite different to the rumour to which, if you checked, I initially referred,. It is quite different to have a direct relationship with a company as apposed to a service contract with a thrid party and as is usual with this company details of the contract are always in scant supply. As for abuse, stop throwing your toys out of the pram, my posts are accurate, factual.... or weren't the accounts really qualified, wasn't Earthport Middle East really dormant at the year end, did'nt the company make a huge loss yet again, didn't it survive by way of apost balance sheet loan note to an unnamed source , didn't the two main execuitives pay themselves £ 256,000 big ones each. Perhaps you would like to enlighten us all on the rollout of the Mcashback/Earthport rollout to Tesco's because it certainly isn't getting any covergae anywhere else... and that's another fact. Lastly, I am hardly going to post a glowing tribute to a company that I am shorting or is that too sensible.

That would be the RNS that ended The company's strategic review, announced on Jun. 30, remains ongoing and the company and its advisers are having discussions with a number of parties which are still at an early stage, some of which may or may not lead to an offer for the company. Tesco's is not mentioned in the RNS, and as I said I can find nothing to support that Earthport is involved with Tesco's directly as the rumours would have it. If you are referring to clauses 1 and 4 in the Terms and Conditions, Earthport is not mentioned. MCash UK as you well know is an operating subsiduiary of MCash US. It is a little odd that given this allegedly great deal that the auditors could not see the company remaining in business for the foreseeable future. It is a little odd given this great deal that teh company had to rely on a loan note to keep it going. Maybe MCash provided that and will hoover up the technology when the qequity holders are wiped out.

Mcash is US based money transfer company that specialises in money transfers via mobile devices. It provides the platform for money transfers from approximately 30 or so Tesco stores that currently offer the service. It is not listed as a partner with Earthport either (1) on its own website (2) The Eartport Website or (3) The Tesco website. So in addition to zero press comment, nop RNS with have absolutely zero information or news anywhere to support the Tesco rumour and to make matters worse Tesco already has a supplier in operation. Sell this baby, nothing ever adds up, must be close to administartion time.

I have seem rumours on other boards, mis-guided I believe, about a 'deal' with Tesco's. Can anyone provide information of any kind to support this rumour? I would have expected, both some press speculation and an RNS announcement from the company, as surely such a deasl would be far more positive than the middle east efforts which warranted an RNS. Get ready for the next leg down, always follows a small rise as shorts get closed out.......

If your information is correct, the RNS is both misleading and criminal. Dated 9th November it stated: In its preliminary results announced on 20 October 2009, the Company announced that it had entered into a loan note instrument dated 5 October 2009 in an amount of £1 million. The company wishes to clarify that this loan note is unsecured, carries a coupon of 7 per cent. and has a repayment term of 12 months. And when not repaid, the company in breach, provider takes over and equity wiped out.

Thanks for the post, there is no need to apologise to me ( I am old enough and ugly enough not to worry) but it is gratefully accepted, sometimes I have to be forthright to get my point across, I am certainly not another person, an employee or have any agenda other to highlight my view which is based upon facts that this company is a poor investment. As for my short position, that will take care of itself, my posts will have no impact. Looking thru the accounts again, I see the subsidiary named Earthport MiddleEast Ltd was actually dormant at the year end. Interesting as the recent RNS refers to its sales and marketing efforts which by my reckoning means that this company was activated post year end and in just 4 months ( against the 10 or so years this company has been trading for want of a better word) its entire future seems to depend on this recently activated company. For those of you that are interested, BennY Boy you should listen up, the Chairman took home 256,000 big ones and the the new CEO barely out of nappies trousered a similar amount, namely 256,000 smackers. Short already nicely in the money and ready to double up....& .check back Phantom, I said a month ago that this was smelling of rotten fish and that smell just gets worse and worse.
