Can anyone please explain to me, or give a rationale behing why an investor, funder, call them what you like, would put money into SER to provide a return for existing shareholders? If Clem found wonderful assets and could raise millions to exploit them why would he, and indeed why should he even be expected to, share it with you guys, and more in importantly, why would an investor putting his balls on the line share it with you guys. SER brings nothing of value to the party as the habitual liar halo man well knows.

Just a few days ST informed that he was filtering me. As his last post explicity replies to my last post his earlier claims were clearly a lie. The man is a habitual liar living in a fantasy world where funders are happy to carry and provide a return to a bunch of shareholders in a failed oil company. A question that was posed but not answered. You are clearly being paid to sit on this to board to refute anything against these individuals, such is their understandable nervousness and the potential reputational damage they might suffer. Team Clem did not make the right decision - there was no decision, they had no choice, they had to de-list as no NOMAD would be associated with such a toxic company. You keep talking as if there is still a choice, financial insitutions were not willing to support SER even when it had a listing. Where are the millions needed to fund an oil company going to come from now. More importantly please explain why a funder would put money into in this company to carry and provide a return to existing shareholders? It makes no sense - is it a Charity now? The regulations are being put in place to prevent eactly the type of situations vis-a-vis Samurda and othe companies set up on the cheap with no assets or business model other than to fleece shareholders. This was a pump and dump- shareholders only chance to mitigate their losses is to go after the architects of that pump and dump. The actions of a few here have been absolutely appalling, disgusting and showed nothing but complete contempt for shareholders. Anyone that continues to support them is equally appalling in my book.

Should correct earlier as cash at 31/12 will be circa $5 m - even so net debt of $11m wil be cleared within 12 to 15 months so we will generating circa 50% of mkt cap for lets say 6 more years.

Agree totally and have also been adding over last few weeks. Mkt Cap is $15 m (£1 :$1.7), unrestricted cash at 30th June was $14.78m and free cash flows are circa $10m although declining year on year as legacy business runs off. Debt is now $16m so if we contra cash and debt we are generating free cash flow around 55% of mkt cap - looks way undervalued unless and it remains the big if the lawsuit on enhanced billings has any merit - even so a couple of million settlement would not hurt us that much. This really should pop to around the 8p level in my view.

I think 19% of portfolio - prospects at Ple look superb (I am long term holder of both Ple & Pebi) Pebi holds other very interesting bio stocks such as Summit and Arrowhead in the US. I also hold Synergy Pharma which to date has not performed well hopefully that will change. Suggest you read Cracking The Code by JM and you will be able to see the research that has gone in behind Jim's stock picks. I believe that Pebi wil be 30p + within 6 months and I have said this before when it was sub 10p. Best of luck to you if you do invest

Agree 100% - sole purpose is to create shareholder value. It will attract institutions and normally those in first derive greatest initial benefit. It will get done anyway due to the shareholdings.

Thanks for good wishes booboodog and the same goes to you. I have been buying these all way from 6p after presentation from JM - Ple now up 32% over last 2 days - that stock alone could double the SP here. Cracking the Code which I have read and re-read is a great research tool and lists many interesting potential bio- pharma investments - some good and some not so good. I think now trading at too large a discount to NAV and JM will wish to resolve this and create value.

Good time to add - Ple (largest investment) back up 20% last two days and good chance will go much higher. Probably missed by most is Arrowhead a US BioPharma held by PEBI which announced significant clinical news yesterday having recently also put in place $ 60 m of funding. I think could easily come under the radar of BP soon.

What delay ? Out 7.00 am - NAV stands at 17.3 p. The major holdings have potential to drive this far higher.

PEBI looks very cheap - I do have good size holding but will be adding

I have a precise spread sheet which updates daily the NAV for the major holdings (46%) of portfolio - the remaining 54%+- depending on cash held are no longer disclosed -probably to stopping others apeing Jim's stock picking skills. I have been in this since it floated, at that time all holdings were released. I could go back assume they are all still in place but this could be misleading, but I will check and update. I know it held stocks like Onyx. As for valuation - the major holdings have increased by £1.2 million since the last valuation date. At that date investments plus cash held amounted to £3,599,951. This gives valuation of £4,799,951 / shares in issue 33.87 m That equates to 14.17 pence per share before any increases in the 54% of investments which are not listed. That's what I based my minimum valuation of 15 p on - still a very easy 15% and there are certain stocks that I think could double the value of PEBI on their own. I see this blowing through the 20-25 p range within 6 months.

Hard to fathom why investors would sell a stock still showing a significant valuation gap to the sum of the parts and on a day when 2 of the largest holdings rise a further 16% and 10% respectively, and in addition to the recent rises since the last fund valuation date > Oh well I guess that is what makes a market. The PEBI SP continues to lag well behind its true value - whilst I appreciate all these shares could crash and burn I still view it as amore akin to paying 70 pence for an asset valued at a £1.

SUMM and Ple both up 8% today - these stocks alone could more than double PEBI current mkt cap

Investors put money into the behemoths of the of share world for a decent divi and hopefully 5% capital appreciation as a bonus. This stock is still worth in excess of 15 pence - 20% return from here with potential for that to be far higher. The downside risks whilst they will always remain become ever more acceptable as the valuation gap widens. Summit alone in which PEBI hold 7.2% has the potential to double PEBI mkt cap. Jim Mellon is on the Board at Summit and is Chairman at Ple which announced more good news today. He has also spoken directly to the investee companies as evident from cracking the code. Rising on tiny volume - I expect further spike at next valuation release.

Difficult to get a precise handle on NAV as 45% of holdings are not listed. The major holdings represent 55% of portfolio include likes of SUMM, SYGP, PLE, ARWR which have all rocketed since the last valuation. Stocks such as Amarin which I know PEBI holds have also recovered hugely since the last valuation. I think it worth twice today's price - the potential of some of the investments held which I also own is in my view significant. Great & as yet unknown stock - great way to play the sector.
