When testing or acid wash start. The last RNS Adon posted shows the time plan for the work. Surely they now just do the work then tell us the results ' by the end of March ' or are we told to expect futher RNSs. If so where please as i am confused?

A lot of that wil have been covered by the insurance surely?

I feel like you if I follow your posts correctly that zphr have a very large asset awaiting exploitation. The US is not thr UK. They know the oil and gas game backwards.

Clearly Colins most pressing aim is to achieve the most lucrative possible deal for himself and us as shareholders.

He is a smart CEO. We have had definite proof of that. Smart and cautious.

As oilrises on middle East tensions and The increasing liklihood of Ukraine and Russia reaching dangerous new territory as we all move into winter. Oil prices will logically rise. The agreement he seeks is complicated by these fast moving current events.

I feel we will soon know as its in everyone's interest to ' get pumping '.

I genuinely expect to see a re rate pretty soon.

Thank you Adon, your posts has made me wonder if i have been correct in thinking that over the last few months we have either a leller yet to be identified, or a 'small' placing for the specific purpose of funding either the lateral or Saltwash.

I have for me large holding here of 400.00 shares now. I am completely behing ZPHR, believe firmly we have a postentially very large and attractive asset, adn that CH has done us proud all the way along.

However i cannot run away from what seems a logical answer to the balanced and virtually captive share price despite the excellent news comng from ZPHR.

If, i say if, they were to raise $15 - 20 million to cover both the above activities, ie having the money for one already, it would seem to me to be thorouughly worthwhile espcially given your own feeling the lateral wold be run sooner than later. I completely agree this makes sense and have seen the ' tethered ' share price as backing thsi theory doing a small fundraise. It may well be painful at this low share price but placings have a habit of being just so.

I may be wrong of course, but its my belief this is happening, and if we do get infomed this has actually been the case i shall be delighted. My delight will be fuelled by firstly the expediency which will allow for an immediate lateral, but secondly because it will also bring an answer or solution to your concern that they are short on ' leverage ' to negotiate the best terms for an eventual farmout / in or sale.

You ended your last post by saying how the management had proved to be astute business people so far.

I am very happy with ZPHR, the way it has been run and especially how Colin has protected us shareholders with, as you poiinted out, an excellent Insurance Policy that has clearly allowed us to get the best in the game to work on the remedial action after the blow out. America may be a country of many parts but for sure it knows its petroleum / gas sector. They know how to get things done, and surprisingly smoothly when the authorities are involved. With the publication of this announcement, this information is now considered to be in the public domain. 6 September 2024 Zephyr Energy plc("Zephyr" or the "Company") Successful result of State 36-2R well second phase production test Zephyr Energy plc (AIM: ZPHR) (OTCQB: ZPHRF), the Rocky Mountain oil and gas company focused on responsible resource development and carbon-neutral operations, is pleased to provide an update on operations on the State 36-2R LNW-CC well (the "well") at the Company's flagship project in the Paradox Basin, Utah, U.S. (the "Paradox project").  The Company has completed the second phase of the production test on the well (the "second test"), as announced on 23 July 2024, and is pleased to report the following key observations:·    Peak production rates achieved during the second test were over 2,100 barrels of oil equivalent per day ("boepd"), a very significant production rate for an onshore U.S. well with only 130 feet of completed reservoir interval.·    The acidisation operation successfully removed any remaining near-wellbore formation damage and generated very high reservoir deliverability, with a notable improvement to near-wellbore reservoir permeability after each acid treatment. As such, the operation not only removed damage but also enhanced reservoir productivity.·    This is the first known example of acidisation stimulation in the Paradox Basin, and the result is highly positive for the development of the play, with the potential for substantially reduced reservoir risk and removal of the need for costly hydraulic stimulation as used in other U.S. onshore resource plays.·    Variable liquid-yields were observed over the second test, all of which are higher than that at the Company's State 16-2 LN-CC well (the "State 16-2 well") in the northern part of Zephyr's Paradox project acreage. At the peak production rates in the second test, condensate/light volatile oil represented approximately 510 boepd, and these liquid yields were on an increasing trend at the conclusion of the test.o  The elevated liquid yield has the potential to be a significant driver of improved economics and may increase recoverable liquid volumes across the Company's Paradox project acreage.o  A detailed fluid laboratory analysis is currently underway, and the results will help the Company further characterise the field's fluid fill and composition.·    Continued evidence of almost zero water production, another potential boost to the well's economics by material reducing the need for expensive water disposal.·    Given the highly positive observations, Zephyr has commenced the process of discussing potential well and wider Parad

My belief in RM is that for many years i watched him go through all kinds of difficulty to establish Dundas. It really was not easy at all. There was so much emphasis on the Environmental and Social Studies. And properly so, dont get me wron on that one. BUT when RM was working on all this the actual ground rules changed Globally for a new ' Gold Standard ' in these two critical studies. You may remember an additional year added on to the studies so that a genuine Annual study could be added. This reflected such patterns as migration of mammals etc. In the end he got through and the Govt allowed the JAY licence.

But then we had a very frustrating time with Rio. You may remember a quite difficult internal ' disagreement ' between JAY and Rio. Then Rio quit, i doubt we will ver know the end game to that one. But looking back at Rio's problems with Environmental Compliance in Australia for example, when they dynamited at Juuken Gorge among other Indigenous sites. Personally i thnk we are better off without Rio.

However despite the falling out, RM managed to get proof of the Dundas pudding and all those who for years had been spouting nonsense about how Dundas was non productive due to permafrost, how the mines would collapse, ( yes really) and how the Ilmenite bearing sands could never be just scooped up. Well 40.000 tons were in less than a week.

But then we got Covid, which , for the Greenlandic Govt responsible for isolated Indigenous groupd far more vulnerable to the SARS than those of us who had had exposure for years to SARS. In China in about 2005 they had it badly and then it started with a 5% mortality. It was a total killer and the Greenlandic Govt literally had to close the Country, not Boris style, but absolutely. JAY lost some three years there.

Then back came the old BOD with the nwes that Dundas after all was not viable. Ime not sure who believed that tale but it mullered the share price until RM came back, got shot of the old BOD and a couple of bad apples were kicked out / resigned. I think they still post their spite here.

so yes, i am fully behind RM, have been topping up in the last few days and hope and wish RM all the best for his Disko and other projects. Disko is my target investment and has been since about 2015 ish.

as far as rm goes i can only say he has been the only one who has actually pushed jay forward.

there is a lot on the ground that has been done, it is all on the website and very very easy to see, looking under each of the different assets jay holds you can again see just how much has been achieved in bringing these assets into far better defined and delineated areas that will be of interest to buyers.

there is no point at all in arguing here, ashton has shown that, time and again he has given facts and examples that are so easy to check on the companies web site but those he is trying to convince simply dont want to know.

its no problem for me. i am expecting news on disko very soon. i am not really interested in any other part of the company as disko has for me been, for over ten years, a potential 'mega mine' with an outstanding ni cu content. i am awaiting drilling news, and drilling results.

To me his risk managment has been spot on the ball every time. In the past he has hedged sales really well and continues to do so. I have often said here how he has managed the drilling risk extremely well. This has allowed us to bring in on our insurance claim the very best of the industrys problem solvers in each discipline. Our money would have been simple 'carbon' if he had not hedged and insured as well as he did.

I am really hoping of course, we do get a connection between our two pressured areas but we know it doesnt really matter as the 10 k horizontal, which will be done anyway, will solve that problem. It would just be great if the acid actually resolved the problem for us this time round but it doesnt look likely from the statements so far.

I have intended to hold these until we get a partner or buyer, now that bit i am absolutely sure will happen, and then the 13.5p target of the brokers will be chick feed.

Northern. I do agree with you, but i also think we are caught up in the August holidays. There is simply

very little money being put into the Stock Market in general owing to the Ukraine and Middle East. Everyone is risk averse at the moment.

It will take more time i think until October, for increased investing but if Ukraine or Russia do the unthinkable and damage the Reactor...... as i think they will before the war ends...... then heaven knows where our shareprice ends up. At least we are in the States..not Europe, which is one of the main reasons i bought in here. Sadly ime convinced that if the Russians start to heavily bomb Kiev, especially if they use Uranium or Tactical Nuclear as they are called, then i think the Ukranians will probably destroy the reactor just to keep the Russians busy. Likewise if Russia starts to take a beating then i would bet Putin will damage the reactor to keep the Ukrainians busy.

Ime in long term, just shy of 500k shares as i do believe there will come a very decent payday for shareholders once they are proved up in the business earnings a little more. Really excited about our prospects. IMe certainly very grateful that Colin had the foresight to get a totally decent insurance saving us from going bust for sure. Either way for the acid test is a winner. First on success of clearing through to the other fracture, but if not we will get further info regarding the way forward which isnt likely to take too long anyway.

With the other irons life is for sure looking far far better that a year ago.

But in my previous post I was thanking Adon for his ongoing expertise in helping us non industry folk better understand what happens at the tech level. His. Posts have always been so level and interesting. The other day I was delighted to see his very happy post. I also totally respect his decision not to elaborate. I added a small amount yesterday to bring my holding to an even 500k. Averaging now at 3.3 p I am content to let Zphr under Colins hands deal with the industry to get a solution that incorporates field exploitation. This will be a big numbers game. I have always liked the CEOs calm manner but more so his longstanding ability to think ahead. No cheap insurance for him. He got the best and it certainly saved us from a wipeout that a cheap or insubstantial insurance would have given us.

I am hoping Colin has really good partner / operator lined up. Along has posted over time with his expert knowledge. He has never been ramping or posting anything other than work related excellently informed posts. I look forward to seeing his excitement being realised. More waiting for us all but zphr is lined up beautifully now so ime happy.
