Interesting stuff aug59... But other than tenuous links between industry leaders, there is absolutely nothing to support your posting.
And here's a simple fact for both of you: The last fundraise would not have been necessary had Budge not invested £3.25m of company money on Vardar since 2018, the valuation of which is being called into question, and rightly so. BS you say? Prove me wrong.
The pair of you have been on the wrong side of the argument for sometime.
Kallak is located away from this new conservation area. Makes for an interesting read.

Unfortunately, if you're standing still, you're essentially going backwards. A business like this needs progress, news and regular updates.
A masterplan will be forthcoming at some point, no doubt with more funding required. It's currently just a vehicle to pay salaries.
But to reiterate, I expect a learner and smaller company to emerge.
From memory, I don't think that the company has ever directly referred to the appeal by the Sami. But my guess is that we will get a steer on things when the outcome is known from the Supreme Court hearing on the 19/20 September.
Very little info... More based on a year on year comparison, and when we've made incremental investments, set against our overall investment of £3.25m. It currently has net assets of around £2.9 from memory.
I feel sure that it's very much on Bowie and Röstin' radar now.
My guess, and it's just that, a guess, is that Vardar will be dispensed with. Either sold, and it's value is minimal, or simply wound up. The downside of that is the other minority owners will be no doubt entitled to a percentage of the net assets. But we will at least see a return of cash.
Kallak is up in the air, and in my kind, Grafintec will be the focus in the short term. It could, with a plan, be cash generative very quickly, that would then provide revenue for the development of Kallak.
We know that the company has been treated with utter contempt; However the board has the company's destiny and future in its own hands. It's in their control... They can either choose to make this a success for all, or to continue down the well trodden path of Budge et al and milk it for all its worth.
Bowie has hardly been impressive, with a distinctly low profile to date, but he's certainly had an impact so far with the removal of Sound Bite Sandborgh.
Grafintec is key in all this... And I think funds will be repatriated from Vardar too.
I'll leave this here...

Needless to say, H2 Green Steel currently don't care where they get raw materials. Deals signed in Canada and Brazil.
If you make mistakes, you own them. I don't think that's unreasonable. Budge and Sandborgh failed on that score alone.
I posted on the 1st Août about the appeal and it's impact - I was quite clear. Your friend picks fights she's can't possibly win.
As to how the outcome of the hearing is communicated by the court, who knows? But I sincerely hope it is a spring board for the SP.
But how can anyone deny that the board of directors, past and present, are not responsible for this predicament is beyond my comprehension.
I like to check-in and see what the naughtly people are doing occasionally... And no surprises.
You really ought to fixate on the behaviour and performance of the board, as opposed to what I post.
You strike me as the office bore, good at talking, but poor at listening. Pull up a sandbag and listen for a change, and you might just learn a few things.
The board have driven this to the rocks, including your beloved Kurt Budge and the anonymous Ulla Sandborgh. It's no coincidence that they've been dispensed with.
To reiterate for your benefit, Budge destroyed shareholder value not once, but twice with his ill-considered capital raises.
Your desperation to be correct shines through as always. I could literally toy with you all day... But you are dull.
And on that last point, I want to absolutely wrong. But news and progress create value, and until the management focus their energies on their roles and responsibilities instead of their bio on LinkedIn, then little will change.
Maybe, just maybe, Teddy Bowie is a doer.
Oaktree - For the life of me, I cannot see any drivers this year that will push the SP to the dizzying heights of 5p for several reasons. Firstly, there will be a fundraise, and it will be at a discount to the SP whatever that might be at the time of the deal. The market knows this, which does nothing more than depress the share price. That fundraise, which I expected to be this year, might know be delayed due to the cessation of work on the Kallak project - But it will happen.
Secondly, events of the last 12-months, including the lacklustre fundraise, the departure of Budge and the anonymous Sandborgh, And the cessation of activity on Kallak, has destroyed what little confidence investors had in the company.
However, as I've previously stated, the Sami appeal against the government could prove a real shot in the arm to the company. It's a fight that we cannot afford the Government to lose. Will common sense prevail? It should, but then this is Sweden, which has proven itself to be a complete basket case, having now lost it's shiny veneer of competent government.
Equally, Grafintec OY, which seems to have gone largely unnoticed by Swedish investors might prove to be this companies saviour. But news and progress drive companies forward, and to date, there has been little to cheer.
As the old adage goes, 'fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
The company desperately needs competent leadership, which has sadly been lacking for some time.
