The real kicker for me was leaving Great John Street hotel with remainco (so it can pick up the refurb bill) and he took all the rest in ingenuity that had already been refurbished..shocking really.

Dpw..I agree there is value but I also thought that when the SP was 60-70p…when the CEO of a company is hell bent on keeping the SP low..look at the placing prices..the day the company listed on the ftse250 he effectively did a placing at 32p..the cash in hand has been spent now so the financials are crap. The hope I have that someone looks at the revenue and looks at the market cap and thinks ‘I can sort this’..the cost base is a big issue and someone needs to tell MM that the contracts that he signed with himself don’t actually stack up financially for remainco…however we have BOD’s that rolled into ingenuity..how is that even allowed? Our chairman rolled into ingenuity..ingenuity is our supplier and remainco talk about supporting ingenuity!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is crazy….do you understand? We need to diversify away from ingenuity, if we have all eggs in them when there’s a problem we will have a problem..

Exactly, he’s smoke and mirrors..blaming everyone else and everything (still doing using Covid as an excuse in 2024!!!!!)..he’s failed, he shown he cannot do organic growth..he’s been buying up businesses for the last 3 years which mask the fact that they can’t do day-day operations and run a business efficiently..he’s ran out of cash so can’t hide it anymore..the number of exceptionals and asterisk’s used in the accounts are shocking. I like how the ft article used an asterisk to describe us as a small cap..shows MM he’s not fooling anyone..

What do you think will happen to all the convertible shares in sale scenario..the shares are closer to 1.8bn..SP 70p absolutely maximum..even that is wishful thinking. MM saying that 400-600m undervalues MP business..value is subjective and he’s demonstrated he can’t deliver value so let someone that can…the FT article note about procurement and lack of forward planning is the most damning..who is that chicken nugget that sat next to the woman puppet that didn’t say anything..if he’s a senior figure in my protein it shows they are miles behind competitors and don’t have the correct personnel..they tell MM that he has nice muscles so he likes them and gives them CEO positions..Matt’s puppets

Horrible reading as a shareholder, it’s a complete crap show how he runs the business. They don’t say it but the cost of the leases and the ingenuity ‘deal’ are too high. Every shareholder just be writing to the business, 25p is the new resistance that won’t be broken anytime soon..he’s been found out as a horrid crap business man..if I sell something for 50p and it costs me £1 to make..I’m not a very good business man.

We can’t even do a blue day when ftse250 is strong. When we get demoted from ftse250..Matt will make his move and say ‘I did try, the market just can’t value us’ he’ll forget to mention that he did an equity raise on the day of admission, miss targets again, 1Q numbers down and issue full year accounts which show dodgy dealing and crap decisions (Williams racing), converted more shares from employment plan…but hey it’s the markets fault!
