MM does not want bids to be leaked as he cannot control the narrative (he’s a control freak) if there was a ‘bid’ that was communicated to shareholders before the CEO rejects on our behalf, it would allow some of us to get out of this horror show..he does not want the SP to increase..he’s taking it back for peanuts and that’s what will play out…I’m going down with the ship, as are we all I’m afraid..

Day low incoming..24p close. Better then expected at start of week..another rubbish week being a THG shareholder..

I’m not suggesting they are, IF..it’s called risk mitigation and something that all shareholders should be particularly worried about..

This should be remainco shareholders biggest concern..I said at the time, all eggs in one basket is a massive risk if ingenuity goes into distress..(maybe MM plan)..remainco would have to bailout or it would impact sales massively..so in reality is it really detached?!! Biggest conflict of interest I’ve ever witnessed..and BOD went in on ingenuity?? How are they independent if they are vested in a company that supplies remainco? Horror show

Will be profit taking upto month end so wouldn’t worry about yesterday and today (likely) fall..will bounce back up next week

Licence agreements how much generated to bottom line? Very little. So when he talks about offline retail doing well take it with a double pinch of salt..he’s very selective about wording. The nub of the post was ‘we have a lot of cost’ so I’ve reduced headcount..what about uneconomical deals…(rents & distribution) ..’ingenuity is doing well..we’re being paid by remainco’….also we’re spending a lot of money on staff that avg isn’t representative of market norm..it’s not a tech business (anymore!) it’s a retail business..amazed the figure is above £40k with all the benefits they offer..Matt you are a twat..that photo on your LinkedIn post reinforces that!

Oak I agree that it’s not too late..I’m as sick as anyone with what’s gone on here..the constant misses, the lack of action from the apparent independent board, the constant JAM tomorrow narrative, the lack of accountability (£7m for stickers on a last placed car in F1 - how is someone’s head not rolling for this!) , the ingenuity debacle - we were constantly told about whales etc and it got taken for a peanut… the list is frankly endless.

I’ve wrote numerous emails to IR which span years about commercial viability of rents, ingenuity deal etc etc and nothing.

Ultimately we know there is value here at these levels it’s now time for MM to deliver..he’s been silent as have the board so it feels like something is brewing..

Not overpriced but city defo don’t like MM..effectively doing a share dilution on the same day (after hours) of entering the ftse250 was Matt’s way of saying..this is MINE..he’ll still blame the city when booted out of ftse250 and takes private..

Yet SP is sub 25 with 25 being the new resistance..interest rates going down, ftse 250 inclusion now trade deals being struck and SP at all time lows..something is off

He didn’t sell portfolio to buy shares..he used money to pay back debt to Warrington council from memory.
