Sorry to bring up again, when I mentioned about the Gary Neville tweet the other day and him using THG studios for his sky sports overlap programme, a few suggested on here that this was part of on demand and to be sold off…MM done an interview in local press today and says the following….’"Filming kicked off last night with a small number of lucky THG staff in attendance.

"Ingenuity is often considered to be purely technology and website related, but Studios is a key part of Ingenuity.

"It's easy to forget we create a colossal amount of content each year for our brands and our clients."

Goes on to note in the article that THG studio working with Disney, Lego & Asda…studios seem to be a firm part of the future business.

Licker..this is how I reassure myself when I’m having a mild heart attack and thinking MM is trying to rob me blind..I.e. a lot of heavy weights are now involved, and careers, so they all can’t be wrong…we are due some good news..

The studios are seriously impressive..they opened officially in December I think (2 months ago)..part of a 12 acre plot..what are they saying they are going to bin it off ? The studio has serious potential..

G Neville just done a twitter post linking THG in it..using the studio for his new programme by the looks of things…hopefully paying a fee for its use!..decent publicity.

Ryan I think you are right being skeptical..it’s been proven that we cannot believe / trust everything that comes from MM. I asked the question to IR on the golden share and clarity about its expiration in Sept but heard nothing back …

Does MM have to give up GS in sept or is this just when he said he will give it up? He’s backtracked before. Is there a legal reason / listing reason etc that he has to give it up? Or is there a way he can he wriggle out of it (again)?

Good find..interesting comment from Tom..suspect a few large shareholders made contact with MM after the latest dilution, hence his post on LinkedIn in retaliation…

Bit worrying that shorts are still increasing…techs flying at the moment..suppose they don’t have a div as a CEO that seems hell bent on keeping the SP low…chucking millions of shares at employees…christ they need to start delivering these ingenuity whales or we going to start falling back again..

Hopefully you get a response, you won’t as they’ve stopped responding..feels like a cult over there I.e. us V’s them..

That worry’s investors..it’s not just his company anymore so chucking shares at employees, and diluting shares is a big, big worry.

This was my issue when the RNS came out it references targets yet he’s just confirmed they’ve been given to the employees..he’s a 1st class nugget. Who’s to say he doesn’t wake up tomorrow and give another 100m of shares away? It dilutes his 24% yes however keeps share price low so he can buy for a bag of peanuts.

What are the targets? Track the shares in issue back to august, they issued RNS in sept similar about employee targets for 19m..’forgot’, to issue total voting rights the following month then confirmed in the next total voting rights that shares have been diluted by 19m..suspect the same will happen again…the ‘targets’ is smoke and mirrors..next total voting rights (tomorrow, if they issue one) will confirm close to 1.3bn shares in issue, and increase of over 50m shares since sept..dilution however you dress it up.

Still puts into focus these share issues are diluting our shares..rewarding missed targets..

Shares are noted the same on the RNS, however I’ve seen this before and could get a corrected RNS. Seems odd to show reduced based and the new issue of shares..does that mean we are getting an RNS from all other major shareholders showing same % reduction? Suggest it’s an error on RNS and they are reducing..brilliant!

Loving the analysis….some solid analysis for a Sunday..had my brain working hard for a Sunday, appreciate the analysis. Here’s to a good week for THG holders (I hope! - not the short holders, to be clear!)

Makes a big difference to my outlook for next week when we finish strong on a Friday and especially busting 55p again…and a short closed further, citiadel dropped below 0.5 yesterday…banking the 16bn..probably made half of that playing THG share! Good end to the week.. bring on the next one..peaceful weekend all.
