Yet we are at near yearly lows, have just lost our CEO of ingenuity with no note from the company as to why, we’ve just issued 30mil of shares and diluted the company even further and have not heard from the chairman for a criminal amount of time ..there’s not much to be happy about here. I WANT THE STRATEGIC UPDATE AND TIMELINE SO I CAN TAKE A VIEW IF IT IS JUST A VALUE TRAP..I’M LOSING MORE AND MORE CONFIDENCE IN THIS COMPANY AND ABILITY OF CEO TO CREATE PROPER VALUE FOR SHAREHOLDERS

One thing is for sure..the shorts rarely get it wrong here..the pattern is so similar to last year..we are going to be near 50p come the AGM..1 year on and the share is pretty much the same price yet with more shares in circulation…my god we’ve been played

Firmly in the 50’s..they have been teasing us for the last few days and dropped it to 60 exact..RNS issued noting dilution..drop incoming..almost like they knew when the RNS was going to land..note the RNS says nothing about what the performance targets are..I’m guessing ‘who ever says, ‘Matt I like you’re muscles’ the most gets 30mil of equity in the company..Matt the twat

Look I don’t agree with Steve on a few posts and would like to see acknowledgement of some of the good things..albeit they are few and far between. I’m a long term holder who is really really frustrated and get the same vibe from Steve..how can anyone be happy the this company and CEO and the SP performance (please don’t blame the shorts)..Matt is a liar..FACT look at some of the things he has said in the past about spinning off ingenuity, beauty, premium listing…etc etc. he’s not trusted by the city and quite rightly so. He bought a gorilla to put in reception from shareholders money, he consistently dilutes the shares to reward what? He over charges the company on rents, he carved out the property before listing , he doesn’t let shareholders know what offers have been made for the business so we can understand true value, he rants on LinkedIn, he try’s to silence media / companies that have something bad to say about him..I personally want out and if we get viability of an offer and it’s £1’ish I’m getting far away from mad Matt. I mean look at this tie up with Jimmys..show me who has reported on it? I even looked at social media and can’t find anything..the company is stuffed full of these idiot influencers and not one post from anyone? Horror show, it feels like bad news is coming again and I’m kicking myself for being here again..

How do we vote at the AGM?

Ultimately Matt appointed Vivek..to find out 2 years later that he’s not upto the job..is rubbish (I know this is speculation)…departures around March/april can be to do with pay/bonuses/promotions and lack of . I’m sure it will come out in time…anyway down we go until we get news which won’t be till April as Matt likes to issue any good news when issuing horrendous news to try and mask the bad news..the prat.

All this is useful and I love all the ESG and net zero, equal pay, charity work etc they do. They are best in class at a lot of these things in comparison to other companies..however the SP performance is a horror show and there really has to be a conscious effort from the board to focus on this a little bit..the SP needs a shot, not even a big one as such..if we were sat at £1’ish I’d be much more comfortable as would so many other LTH (not all!)..I seen posts on LinkedIn from THG about international woman’s day breakfast and a massive breakfast spread..I just can’t help but think..when are we LTHs going to get our croissants!!

Small reduction and means absolutely nothing as it’s just the algos riding it but it’s a reduction and step in the right direction..

I have a grievance with the sale and how it was done, however was aware of it and actually helped amend some contracts to facilitate it (story for another day)..I’m more bothered about the rent value and the fact we are paying top dollar..the world has changed massively since the leases were agreed and every tenant I know managed to renegotiate substantial reduced rents on commercial properties..we haven’t ..I wonder why..the NEDs are are truly useless

Not one story in the press about this tie up..the company is as unloved as ever because of our CEO..horror show, keep posting on LinkedIn Matt so your little gang can tell you how muscly you are..you complete crook of a man.
