Amen..bought in post IPO crash and various tranches to get my avg down to low 70’s ..reduced my holding by 40% at 66 a few weeks back..jaded / angry is an understatement. The whole ‘game’ being played by Matt is sickening and the whole Jam tomorrow narrative he plays out is hard to swallow when there has been no real jam all these years..the bullishness has been battered out of me and will be jumping out the other 60% when/if we get back to low 70’s..the opportunity cost loss is sickening really.

Can you 2 lads give it a rest…Mon from memory you were super bullish when you first arrived on the board and felt this was going to the moon..and have been disappointed with the SP performance (like me)..crafty you have been around a few months with a decent avg so are still super bullish…THG has a way of disappointing shareholders..few more result days and we will see how bullish you are.

I’m starting to think that we will hit Cash flow positive this year but Matt will use this as an excuse to do something silly and try and use this good news to do a capex raise to pay down bond..then him and his merry men will buy the company with little debt and the 35% club will get smashed and the 65% will role in with him..let’s hope I’m horribly wrong.

We are being driven down into the 50’s..same old with this share, they know there will be no news from the company in August. He keeps any ‘good news’ for results and to try and mask underperformance..same old smoke and mirrors from Matt the prat. See the premium listing has led to no comment from THG another smoke and mirror tactic..insinuating something would happen on the back of this..horror show. Absolutely shocking that none of the 65% club are pushing for some action.

At least we know why it popped yesterday..only seems to go up when shorts are loading up..

At these levels is concerning..horror show

Profit..don’t be silly. Getting £10 and selling it for £6 is the equivalent of what Matt and the Board have done to date..the price protection they did on when inflation was 10% was the biggest shambles….on the back of taking a massive hit at the time..revenues slowed..shambolic.

Another 2-3% down day incoming..August has traditionally been a horrible month being a shareholder here..well done BOD

Absolute horror show..even the staunch supports must be aggrieved..timing is horrendous..interest rates coming down so a bit of good news so then he issues some more shares to keep a lid on it..you cannot make it up..heading to a 3% down day tells us all what the market thinks

Looks like Kelso SP is on the move so hopefully something might be happening here..

Problem is now…moulding is running out of excuses as to why SP is so depressed..

On the eve of the ‘big change’ no comms from company about intentions and SP down…another false dawn..

Never nice to see people lose their jobs..however hopefully good news for the business and becoming more efficient and starting to reap rewards of the massive spend on tech..hopefully this washes through to long suffering shareholders… not sure about forcing people back in office though..

Don’t recall what was said and where’s the paper trail? The optimism has been smashed out of me by Matt’s inability to be open and transparent and the missed targets…someone questioning the commercial viability of a lease that was negotiated pre covid is not FUD..I take on board what everyone says..good or bad. No one will change my mind however that Matt is a very poor CEO of a listed company..and Charlie has done nothing to get the city comfortable with THG..why is this? I want to see some shareholder value / progress..to date there has been nothing but false starts and broken promises…

Crafty why do you think the rates are favourable to THG? No evidence at all… you’re too optimistic for my liking. I asked a question to IR approx 3 years ago about who the commercial viability of the leases to THG and has a 3rd party verified..should have negotiated better rates post covid..

For balance he had about 55% of the overall shareholders..so even below his 65% club..why would people making millions off Matt’s inability to hit targets, communicate well with shareholders, inability to not be a spoilt brat on LinkedIn vote against him…o yeah how’s your prediction of index funds buying in here going following changes to premium listings? For balance the vote was a formality, for balance the board have provided SP destruction to shareholders due to terrible comms, terrible forecasting and damn right lie after lie..
