Rather than listen to Dr Adam H, an eminent scientist, alternatively you could take advice from our resident moron, Porky who spends his days posting utter garbage on this forum.

This deranged poster, made a fortune in Valirx, before losing it all in a fly-by-night company (4D) which went to the wall. To be fair, not content with 4D, he has lost money in a host of other company’s too: NCYT, HE1, SNT, INSP, for example.

Prior to his acrimonious divorce from the company, Porky spent hours posting the merits of Valirx before a strop saw him move to the dark side. In fact, he was the No.1 ramper during that period with gems such as:

Reading his multi daily rants nowadays, could it be our porcine friend is trying to drive down the SP to his advantage? No, that’s against his ethics, for in his own words:

So, there you have it. The posts and opinions of Dr Adam H, a respected scientist ……or the ramblings of a confused and demented porker.

As always, DYOR. As an investor in Valirx, I obviously have an interest and expectation of an SP rise, but don’t be fooled by Professor Porky (or his other aliases). Despite his denial, he certainly has an agenda, posting over 100 times in the last month on a share he is not even invested in! It’s time to take your positions.

By the way Porky, by all means respond with your usual crap…..all I will see is a green line across my screen.

I think we will get some notable lab clients giving us decent revenue once 201 is signed which will really boost the share price. Then throw in CLX news or 401/301. TRX may take a stake as well so the real news will come after 201 which is not even priced in yet.

They want the options at 25, 30 and 40 p so no reason to not expect a strong rise this month in time for Christmas.

Given all the above a great buy at these prices. EUDA website is down since Saturday so surely it is coming very soon.

1) Website still down since Saturday. What a coincidence.

2) 30 days have gone we all know lots to go through but if it was a no it would likely have failed by now.

3) EUDA has been rising sharply over the last week. Due a small dip but trend it is a strong upwards trend.

4) They have been negotiating for months. The clue is in Pat's tweet many months ago talking about AI and the next quarter.

5) Strong evidence that TRX has raised substantial funds.

News can break any one of these days and with plenty of speculation a good time to buy imo. 201 not priced in if we were 50p then maybe different but at this price the odds are on a strong rise over the coming days.

The website is still down. Merger will go ahead imo. Lots to get through but the merger can go through at any moment and suddenly we will race to 25p in a blink or even gap up.

I agree all the maximum timelines would have been agreed before the merger news came out. As long as it does not go past the 15 days extension which is unlikely then the rest will all be fine. Val should get payment 14 or 28 days after the merger.

Suzy mentioned before that cash burn can easily be controlled as most is spent and R and D so I would have thought they have decreased it significantly during November/December plus lab revenue. Therefore they should have enough to last until March if all they had to do was pay wages.

As long as the deal gets done this year we are good and given the merger is almost certain then a good buy at this price. Selling to buy 1/2p when plenty of positive speculation about and buying at 20p is pointless. The merger news is due and is likely to start a strong rise so better to be in than out.

Schizophrenia symptoms: Porky if you look scruffy in real life then you likely fit the criteria below.

Delusions.

Disorganised thinking.

Slow movement.

Change in sleep patterns.

Did you say sorry to all DDDD, NYCT, HE1, INSP holders. I guess not.

What about all the holders when we were at 5p who lost a potential 200%. Porky you know nothing.

So what if it takes a few days longer. Not like it will be months.

Porky you have 5 million other listed companies across the world. You just want people to sell so you can buy. Nobody is stupid enough to believe you post here day and night because you want to help anyone.

You were wrong with 4D losing 6 figure sums a company burning 55 million a year with no cash. I just don't get why you consider yourself such an expert one clearly who has lost most or all his money.

Not a start up lab company but one that can provide a strong case for taking on the best compounds by giving them the best chance of progress through preclinical studies and getting a preclinical deal worth 100s millions.

Without having the foundations in place why would anyone give Val the best compounds. Plus it helps with the strategy and will generate revenue. All that for a few 100k which will in turn generate a profit soon.

It just shows Porky knows nothing.

EUDA website is down which is a positive sign. News is likely to break in the US first and even if it takes a few days longer it can happen at any point but signs are all positive.

Yeah but it was also stable in the 40s before any indication of 201 deal completing and CLX with a peak at 65p when LOI was signed and no funding. 5p= 5 million which was only the case due to sentiment at the time not actual value.

WIth 201 signed and cash plus milestones expect a significant upside. I have seen Val do 1000% a few times based on 201 alone and at these prices the rise should be very strong.

Not sure if I agree. Every investment involves some risk. The chances are the merger will go ahead but then in the really unlikely event it fails then remember we are due lots of other news as well. Most of our assets are valued at zero so I would not expect it to drop much. CLX is worth more than 201 given the value of any potential deal. As for cash as a worst case we would only need a million odd if we factor in potential revenue which is all to come to last 12 months. Like Adam said we have about 5 projects with a potential value of 30p.

When 201 gets signed this month then we could hit 30p, 50p, 70p with more news to come. Worst case temporary few pennies drop vs a 30/40p rise from here if it really rises as expected. Chances are far higher for a strong rise with more upside vs downside.

So you accept it might be true and Valirx is about to multibag.

You can't have it both ways. If you really believed your prediction is about to come true you would give Jwallows zero credibility but deep down you are showing he is right.

Just remember he spent almost every day saying TRX has 0% of raising cash so forget the merger. He jumps from one thing to the other to force us to sell so others can buy in at a lower price.

I think in the unlikely event the merger failed we would likely have known in the first two weeks. News could come tomorrow or it could take a few days longer but either way it is likely to be any day within the 15 days not after.

As long as the merger completes then the company has significant upside value and the deal will complete. Therefore even a placing would be roughly the same as the current share price as 201 is not priced in yet but one will not be needed or it could be done at a much higher price 30p plus.

Potential significant gap up from here once 201 is signed but we should rise before then once the merger completes.

Porky no way you are short so my guess is that you are hearing voices in your head that convince you that you are right. You might think you are right but you have zero evidence and completely against any logic. A bit like aliens will come and abduct us all next week.

Porky, see you at 50p when you start buying. Historically this is what you do buy high and sell low and sell low and buy high.

201 not priced in yet. Only 15 million market cap and we also have CLX, 301 and 401. Another deal soon and we are looking at £1 plus.

Remember we opened at 65p last time when 201 was signed but not funding.

This time we have CLX worth about 20 million and fully set up a lab with a biobank offering pre clinical testing for big bucks.

The funds release to THX is contingent upon access to the NASDAQ listing. The final step in receiving the agreed funds is the merger. That's finished now. Announcement due. 💰💰💰

Hopefully good news for Monday. Not often you get any bad news on a Monday.

After close US time today or Monday am. 201 not priced in so could gap up a decent amount.

16p target for today.
