If Dynasty is the largest esport gaming platform in the world then it makes no sense with the stake we hold to be where we are. I am sure they would have done significant projections with Googly and with india being a huge market the merger is likely to be great news. I would just want to know what the exit strategy options would be for Blue though.

Think of it this way. The sublicense is signed soon including potential $61 plus indications plus royalty payments worth a potential few $100 million.

Now with that signed if you wanted to take over Val even if you offer 60/70 million pounds so 60/70p it would be very cheap for anyone putting in an offer given they will get all that back if 201 passes trials plus get 100s million in royalty payments.

They basically get CLX, lab, 301, 401 and all the other compounds for free likely worth huge money. Therefore so long as the sublicense is signed then very little chance of an offer less than 50p ever coming and if the SP remains below 30/40p we can get taken over soon.

Val needs all the funding in place including a way to get the agreed $61 million if it passes trials. TRX needs access to a listing. Raising just for phase 2 trials is one thing but what you do with that and to pay money later on is a different issue. Val may not be happy to give them 201 without that assurance of future payments so not even about them paying us. TRX investors need to de-risk given the money they are investing by being listed.

It is business, EUDA gets a few decent drugs worth big month and TRX gets access to a listing for further funding for future trials. Not exactly hard to understand. TRX have raised cash so also taking nonsense on that point otherwise how would the sublicense be signed this year with no payments as agreed in the recent RNS.

The past management made a mess of things but at least we now have strong foundations in place for significant revenue from the lab which could already be generated without us knowing. Suzy did say she may not release RNS for lab contracts unless it is a really decent amount and even that depends on permission from the clients.

We don't know what is going on behind the scenes but given the time taken it is likely to be positive.

Stupid comment and one that has been answered many times. They have raised as suggested in the prospectus by a few but it is not just about phase 2 trials. They need a pathway to complete phase 3 trials which can cost about £100 million pounds. By then the drug would be worth a few hundred million if it passes full phase 2 trials. TRX investors also need an exit strategy on the Nasdaq as pointed out by a few.

The RNS released last month confirms Valirx will receive the money owed once the sublicense is signed after the merger which is expected to be before year end. Simple as that.

The reality is we dropped from 65p or stable price of 40s when LOI for 201 was signed and before CLX and the lab/Imogen.

We should be 50p after the deal is concluded but even if we are not I see no reason why the company should be less than 30p after 201 is signed as a minimum.

2 million at 30p after 201 is a 6% dilution. GDR did this last year 8p to 50p then placing 30p.

PLus lab revenue plus warrants plus 201 cash. Enough to last 3 years.

If not they can get it done at 9/10p for only 1 million plus lab revenue enough to last 12 months but by then get a CLX deal . Simple.

90-95% the merger should be successful and we should rise significantly.

When Val was cash rich you were trying to say Stella said we needed had to have 2 years cash which was false and you carried on when corrected on numerous occasions, when Val did a placing you said another one was due and you keep kicking the can to suit your own agenda. Despite his denial, he certainly has an agenda, posting over 100 times in the last month on a share he is not even invested in! It’s time to take your positions.
