The revenue will help attract investment but the ultimate goal of the lab is to help get a compound ready for a deal.

The real revenue will be the 15/20 million plus upfront payment for a deal with the huge milestone attached. That would be the key selling point to drive large investments.

We just need the share price to be at a stable level in the next few months then this can go anywhere. It needs news but it also needs investment from a large biotech that will change momentum and get smallers investors to invest.

This is very easy to get out of this mess and get this back to where it should be.

The focus needs to move away from private investors. We still only have 130 million shares and at these prices it does not take much buying in monetary terms.

The company has valuable assets and the medium to long term prospects are outstanding given the type of compounds we have, low cost and low risk strategy along with potential for generating lab revenue.

The focus for the coming months should be to go all out and sell to larger institutions. I think the returns would be massive for them and it just needs one of two. A TR1 is easy at this price build confidence get more news out and easily this can go to double digits even without 201. I appreciate they don't like investing in risky companies but if the long term strategy is sound and with plenty of value they may well consider and you only need one or two. Also advertise in places where you might get investment.

It is not like we have just had a placing and we got enough cash for at least 8 months. The strategy needs to be corrected.

I genuinely believe this is easy to reverse with the right person to move it.

Next 6 months

I never said that but the foundations are in place. With drug development it takes years. Literally a single deal with 20 million upfront and 100 million plus milestones and we will be 100 million market cap with other compounds progressing in a good market.

The 6 months are crucial in my view it will make it or break it.

95% of the time the replacement will be junk on AIM. People forget that. Better to make use of the knowledge and contacts and deliver. That is if they have the right intentions and I cannot comment on that as I am not inside.

With further instability you will unlikely get delivery. SInce they also hold the cards for 201 to complete as well. So that is my reasoning and I'll leave it at that.

I don't dispute with mistakes being made but I disagree with the approach and to some extent they have done well building the company and putting in place the strategy they have with all the potential of the new compounds. In my view for a Biotech with all that they do the finances have actually been managed very well. You invested in 4D which was burning over 50 million a year and generating jack and you complain about burning less than 2 million.

A new CEO will come and changes have been made. We now need to move on to make the best of the next 6 months. Delivery is what will drive further investment not further instability.

Don't forget Porky had a prediction well in excess of £1 at the time.

30p with 65 million shares so that is about 15p now. I think we are worth that provided 201 happens and some of the projects are progressing well such as CLX. Mismanagement of placings. delays, wrong BOD replacement decisions at the wrong time and market conditions have changed that but the underlying value still remains. Nothing wrong with the estimated valuation.

Disagree because they have the contacts, knowledge and it would just result in this crashing or going bust as we are not in that position to take that risk as all we will do is find replacements who will again know jack all for a few years. Ok for Porky who is not invested.

Not talking about performance the job of a leader is to bring the best out of the team not to clear them out. He has no leadership skills if he goes down that route. You have to make the best of what you have.

Plus R and D refunds should be enough until Feb maybe longer with lab revenue and certainly longer should 201 complete which it should.

Target should be to hit double figures but it will need 201 or CLX but don't forget that Imperial is at a fairly advanced stage and much of the preclinical work for that would have been done.

We are only worth just over a million for the assets we have so it should be fairly easy to take this up with some good news in the next few months. Even if you give 201 a 5050 shout if it completes you will likely be looking at 500% from these prices.

We gapped up today on small news. If 201 happens given the current market cap we will open at a fairly high price and i don't think it is far.

Adrian needs to leave. Like it or not the current BOD is in charge, they hold the contacts and determine where this goes. Sacking them all does not work. He led the requisition with one or two others so having him on the board against all of them creates a toxic environment where either we lose or they all get sacked which again puts us in a difficult position.

We need another shareholder on the board who can work with the current guys to build value. Anyone else want to put themselves forward please do so?

I read the RNS again nothing that worries me on it but the board changes created this instability.

Not really. Stella was forced to resign and then Suzy was forced to resign to save others and the remaining ones were at massive risk.

This brings in new investors and limits the influence of the private Telegram group which without doubt has been a problem for them. New investors make money and will be happy.

Just an opinion but it makes sense and why not. Far from being stupid but I would call it very naive to think otherwise. I felt the RNS lacked detailed information regarding revenue, 201, plans to generate revenue etc and was more focussed on the negatives.

They will get new shareholders who will buy and make 100/200/300/400% here if 201 happens which It looks like it will and they will get massive support.

All tactical in my opinion. It could have been avoided had this requisition not happened in my view but it is us holders who pay the price for that and that now comes with risks. I was very much against major changes which were always going to cause massive instability.

Even 4p would be enough to survive even 3p so not a problem. We just need to keep going.

My target would be high single digits then try and get an offer to sell the company or sell CLX if not limited raise and hopefully with other news we can rise.
