Agree Greggs have achieved a lot since the profits warning but are now back to where they were when popular. Question is where now? I took a nice profit a few days ago and pulled my hair when they kept going up but have kept some as soft spot for this company and will continue watching, the lattice tastes is alright but you get free coffee and paper at Waitrose next door in Eldon Square so living it up there lately. Morpeth is dead posh Modsa, the ham must have been mistakenly used at a local village fete unless it was liberated by a passing lad from Ashghanistan a few miles down the road.

Anyone heard any news regarding results at DJAN? I cannot find anything and price seems pretty flat. Thinking of a pre result top up.

Bought this morning on news in Times that CFP was preferred bidder and good write up on Inside the city. Hopefully steady rise on this with recent discount on what is a good company.

Looking at SHB at the moment. It is more commercial property orientated but looks like it will benefit from some good rents and growth appears sustainable. Anyone know anymore about them?

Gri and Mtvw both releasing statement that are very positive about their markets. Grainger up 5% today, this hasn't moved. I have topped up as the "but " in Mountviews statement seems almost a certainty based on Graingers interpretation of the market.

Sea and Bev I have just topped up on GRI and DJAN. MTVW seems dormant at the moment? GRI are bigger borrowers but they keep coming up with clever solutions to finding new space and saving money. Sometimes I look at these 3 companies and think that they could talk to each other.

Loads happening at Grainger. Deals being done and even the board has trimmed down. The main players in this company are good accountants and running a tight ship with lots of exciting deals being announced. Guess for year end 310p based on fact that they are leading the way in development solutions, have loads in the pipeline and accounts are very much under control. Cannot see anything stopping them this year. I am now buying again from a hold.

Looks like the sellers , buyers and holders have all had a profit recently. Topped up today, should have been watching the weather a little more closely!!

They have had no bad news since just before Christmas and most brokers have them as a hold or cautious buy. This is factored in so see this as a buy opportunity. Difficult if not impossible to explain without any news and mostly positives recently.

Many thanks to Bev88 this year for some pearls of wisdom clearly based on a few years more experience than my own. Happy shopper at GRI, MTVW and DJAN now and listening to wisdom taking a long term view on these property companies. Been building up on DJAN since September only wish I could have been in 30 years ago. Now for the more patient bit!!

Looks like the upbeat update confirms your statement. Positive into 2014 and market leading projects being secured. Think the markets have had a pleasant surprise. Credit Swiss read this badly wrong or did they?

Like Tune I try and set a buy in at 330p. I think we have both found that need to be a little flexible as support tends to come in just above this figure. Consequently I missed a couple of buying opportunities. Looking to top up soon as this is a great long term share on the DRIP in an ISA.
