If no one takes up Ing shares I mean 100 % of shares all opt out . Where does Ing go to ?

Just now my only comfort is that 49 was the placement and those who took it are experts ,

so I am expecting the share price to rise to the 60s or there abouts .

For me and unfortunate that I own so many shares I wish I did not. The dagger in the back after all we have been through , is why demerge now if Ingen is going to be profitable in 2 years why not leave as is keep the company as 1, use the 75 million for good purpose.

I understand that MM is really not a nice person everything he has done is for himself and he sees now a way of getting all the pie for himself by totally destroying share holder value and the demerger is just another great idea for himself to profit.

In the end what comes around goes around time will tell.

I just wish all us small share holders had a voice in this

My deluded idea is to the opposite of what MM wants us to do. I’m going to Take all Ing shares I can say the 13 % +

Give up as many as they allow me to Thg shares get more Ing shares . We know they have a plan to make money , clients in the background no doubt . And just top up on open market after the split and get more THG shares .

I think sometimes we forget all investors are suffering just now.

Including MM , his fortune has fallen with no guarantee he will ever see the worth back.

Also all the staff , friends , others he loves seen there worth dwindle , he also has to look at him self

in the mirror every day, he is in pain i guarantee you. Going into work seeing the all the faces every day who put there trust in to you cant be easy .

So if you hate MM , I think he hates himself just as much at the mo.

This reminds me of another share Avacta and this is my reasoning for topping up, few months ago after doing a share placing at 50p which was a huge dilution, it then did exactly the same dropped another 25 % to 39-40 stayed steady for a few weeks and then exploded to

75 in 5trading days . Anyway thats me hoping.

And actualy the reason why i did not top up at 47-48 and believe me i was itching to as I had remembered what Avacta had done after the placing.

I think anyone buying today will not loose out if they are willing to hold for few months )
