So we all have to choose which way to go remain or both, those share holders who have given there shares to the shorter s also have to decide.

So my small brain tells me at this time there can not be any shorts and they would have to be closed.

So anyone know what will happen and when ?

This usually happens in my experience for a few days maybe a week, and then if the share as we / I believe is undervalued

it should rise . Maybe 45 p before the hopeful surge )

Penny of thought , If most of the 35 % do not take up the offer and stay as is surely MM on the other hand has to take up the offer his % in THG protein will be less as his shares stay the same so less influence to.

I agree with you totally, however 3 years of looking at this board daily would give me some idea who not to trust.

I also have my own idea on THG however a little extra confidence would not go a miss .

I think people like my self will find some confidence if the posters here that we trust would confirm which way

they are going like oil said earlier he would probably keep more THG remain not Ingenuity.

I know I would have more confidence in my decision when it comes.

Not me, only staying with THG remain.

I hope M then has to buy up all my shares in Ingenuity and feel the pain us long term holders have felt, as he struggles

to find clients to fund Ingenuity.

Would be nice for one of the brokers to say M youe ow an apology to the shareholder for screwing the company up )

I thing that the speed this has happened at is from MM s fear someone would come in with a takeover bid.

And just to note if Tiripati pull a good deal of, this share will fly out of the blocks and all non share holders and past share holders will be wishing they were still in and not sold up, and that is what makes them so bitter and why they always have to post something negative no matter what.

Move on get over this share, but for today Im happy as all current share holder will be .

As a shareholder that still holds a sizable amount hear, I am very happy with the update.

It seems for some here its never enough, possibly sour grapes on there part.

I do not understand why any negatives should be posted today, and if they fail

then post what ever they like.

Any negatives today are to make shareholders have doubts and to make them feel bad and down,

just like the posters who have sold out there shares and are bitter .
