Think of a stop loss as you waving a flag to a trader who needs stock . The flag tells him you will sell. So if there's a lot of you he will go for the lowest price flag waver and sell all of the flag wavers shares at the lowest price regardless of your individual stop loss. Aye but surely they either use them or carry them over. No business should be paying staff for unused holidays. My employer has said the carry over wont be increased and so you use it or lose it. From a wellbeing point of view they should still be taking holidays. Strange Covid times.
