I'm not sure why you think it's not good news for ODX ? An Antibody test will be crucial in determining whether any vaccine instigates an immune reaction. The two go together wherever a vaccine comes from. That looks like a disaster waiting to happen in China

20 million is not a lot of tests. They will be awaiting the other trials before the big orders kick in . The worry for me is where on earth is all the kit coming from to make all these tests and make them work. Hopefully the RTC/ODX/Mologic are stockpiling....

The closer we get to a workable vaccine the more emphasis will change to Antibody tests. Antigen sales would be splendid but the beast to come is the RTC Antibody test designed with Oxford University to detect the antibodies produced by the Oxford /AZN vaccine. I think that ODX will need either to extend their existing premises or open another to cope with demand.
Does anyone know the geography of the Alva industrial estate and the location of ODX and how it lends itself to expansion? Colin has mentioned expansion , let's hope he's ahead of the game to maximise ODX's manufacturing demand.
