Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
I actually think results could be reported sooner than we think. I did a quick bit of research on this:
Firstly, an MS Definition:
“Multiple sclerosis (MS), also known as encephalomyelitis disseminata, is a demyelinating disease in which the insulating covers of nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord are damaged.”
I found this research document:
A commentary on
CD6 As a Potential Target for Treating Multiple Sclerosis
…showing results of anti CD6 mAb tests on CD6 humanized mice:
https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fimmu.2017.01217/full
The important bit is Figure 1, Clinical Results (top chart) on autoimmune encephalomyelitis attenuation.
This appears to show peak results at day 17 !
So, the trial started on May 24th and an initial/baseline CAT/CT scan will already have been taken of the brain (ignoring the spinal cord for now which will also be a metric of course). Therefore we could expect that a CAT/CT scan should show results 17 days later, ie from 10th June. Allowing for 2 follow up scans for confirmation, say 1 week apart, then the BOD should have confirmation on 24th June, after spending the previous 2 weeks analysing the previous 2 scans, and will be obligated to report via RNS shortly thereafter.
:)
Note: I am not a scientist, but I do have a scientific background, so this is only my conjecture to be used for your own research. DYOR
Regards,
…That trial may be for only one patient but it looks like the BOD will absolutely be maximising the results collected, which could just be all part of the masterplan: to quickly build up so much irrefutable proof of efficacy that larger players will be falling over each other in a race to get a piece of the action!
:)
Remember that there will be regular CAT/CT scans of that MS trial patient, and as nasal Foralumab worked in the Brazil Covid patients within several days (recovery of smell and taste) I anticipate exciting proof of efficacy could be obtained within a matter of weeks!
Regards,
The inverted TILS man shape has become a bit of a hunchback, but my ‘instincts’ tell me that we will be getting one or more new RNS drops very soon. We’ll see.

@Sangijuelas1
You have already threatened one of us here which is totally out of order and completely against the BB rules!!! I am reporting that particular post.
You should be ceremoniously ejected. Your paymasters should realise by now that by going overboard on your deramping and attacks you are actually achieving the opposite of your goals. I for one have just raised the minimum top-slice price for my TILS shares now. Every day you stay here I will raise that by another 1p! and no I am not telling you what that is.
@ Sangijuelas1
Why don’t you go off and do something else instead, like trade Dogecoin ?
…Oh no, then again you’re probably waist deep in those already.

EU Commission proposes COVID therapeutics plan
The European Commission proposed on Thursday a strategy for supporting the development of therapeutics against COVID-19, including the treatment of the so-called 'long COVID,' a state during which symptoms of the virus last longer than four weeks after getting it.
The institution's plan includes investing €90 million in "population studies and clinical trials" of the disease and supporting "the most promising therapeutics from preclinical research to market authorization," €2 million in "expedited and coordinated assessments to facilitate approval of clinical trials," and €40 million in "preparatory action to support flexible manufacturing and access for COVID-19 therapeutics."
"By acting on better availability of medicines today, we are making sure patients receive the treatments they need while also preparing our future biomedical preparedness. A coordinated strategy on quick access to therapeutics will boost our strategic autonomy and contribute to a strong Health Union," European Commissioner for Promoting the European Way of Life, Margaritis Schinas, commented on the strategy.

Thanks for the great collection of very informative posts folks!
Wishing you all a great long Bank Holiday weekend.

Dr. Weiner talks about how the beauty of dosing anti CD3 orally or nasally is from this being a completely natural route. The human body is simply not designed to take antibodies directly into the veins, but instead through the signalling pathways. Dr. Weiner says that dosing like this will result in NO toxicity. (Read that again!) They really are confident that they have cracked the safety issues with this new, patented, dosing platform.
Pure, absolute, genius!
TILS: I am in complete awe of your work. I also have friends & family who will absolutely benefit from Foralumab for various reasons, which makes me something more than just an investor here. Best of luck!
...and that the patented mAb nasal dosing technology works exactly as designed as well.
...definitely worth a second watch:
@27:00+
Dr. Shailubhai said that the fact that Covid patients in the Brazil trial regained their sense of smell so quickly pretty much confirms Dr. Weiner’s underlying hypothesis that nasal Foralumab would up regulate T-Regs and normalise immunity via the human signalling pathway.
There must be absolutely nothing more satisfying for a scientist than having a theoretical hypothesis proven so well with such a simple measurement as sense of smell, which makes it even more assuring that Foralumab works exactly as designed!
That’s why they got so excited after those Brazil results.
Regards,
Hi @TradePhoenix
Sorry, but that took me an awful long time to find again:
Erm, oops... I may have got it wrong myself, that’s egg on my face. See what you think?:
@16:57+
Dr. Shailubhai says that “we are already beginning in a couple of weeks nasal administration of Foralumab for the expanded program...”
Actually, that does sound like he was talking about that MS patient, perhaps I got too excited at that point and my brain switched into Covid trial mode. Doh!
Apologies everyone. I admit it wasn’t the clearest of videos to listen to, ...but still MANY positive takeaways.
Regards,
Great detailed post @TradePhoenix!
Thank You.
We LTH need to counteract as much as we can of the tripe written on this BB.
Regards,
To all LTH:
I expect that within 3-4 months, from what Dr. Weiner was saying, he hopes to have CT brain scans for that one expanded access patient, proving that Foralumab is efficacious in the brain and acting to reduce inflammation and improve the brain immune response. He sounds very confident in this result! When this happens TILS will be in a different league, and no amount of deramping will hold this rocket back!
(We may also have some initial results back from the Phase 2 covid trials as well!)
:)))
Regards,
WRONG!, Dr. Shailubhai said the additional animal testing could be run IN PARALLEL and that they have more than enough safety data. There have already been 3 phase 1 trials now for Foralumab with real patients and the Covid phase 2 is starting within 2 weeks. MS phase 2 will start after the expanded access with 1 patient which lasts 3 months. There’s only one definition of IN PARALLEL that I am aware of, or do all you derampers speak a different language!
Many thanks @ctfyfe.
I also am extremely positive after that call.
Although I just can’t bring myself to point out all the complete and utter rubbish, twists, half-truths and misleading statements that @sangijuelas1 was spirting out (everyone can watch the video for themselves to see what a complete paid/fake that guy is), there were a few slightly obfuscated take-aways :
-They have finished enough Phase 1 trials now with Foralumab to absolutely prove both its safety and efficacy.
-IN PARALLEL with the follow-on phase 2 trials for Foralumab (ie NO holdup) there will be some additional animal trials to meet standard FDA requirements, but as they already dosed animals 3 times a day for a year there will be NO SURPRISES! and this is just a tick in the box, endpoints at, 1, 3 and 6 months (ie 6 months in total).
-The phase 2 Foralumab trial for MS will start straight after that expanded access for 1 patient (I think that was for 3 months, someone correct me if I am wrong?).
-THE PHASE 2 TRIAL FOR COVID WILL START WITHIN 2 WEEKS!!! Great news!
-TILS are fully funded until the END OF 2022!
Regards,
A re-post from another BB:
A very worrying find for Covid patients, but more evidence to suggest that Foralumab could also be very effective for long Covid sufferers! (Note the reference to Lupus in the article.)
Could covid lead to a lifetime of autoimmune disease?

...then Mars!
:)))
Yep, nice upward bounce today.
Word is getting around I think. This share is an absolute bargain at these prices... fill your boots everyone!
:)

Hi Bluebelly,
>> This has more potential than anything else on the market IMHO.
Add Foralumab and you have the perfect combo treatment!!!
