Mysterious goings on!
Perhaps the good Dr. KS is actually a Wizard from Lemuria, and busy performing his magic.
:)))
Sorry I really don’t know what you are talking about, and do you have to swear in your posts, am I some kind of threat to your investment strategy???
II’s will average down as the price drops, to buy back in later, that seems to be standard practice. No-one can time the good news perfectly. That doesn’t mean anything for LTH’s. Lots of research and a bit of faith is my approach. Doesn’t usually fail me.
I found some more Covid variant news, the salient points as follows:
‘A February laboratory study suggested the South African variant may reduce antibody protection from the Pfizer and BioNTech vaccine by two-thirds, while reducing the impact on neutralization of Moderna’s vaccine six-fold. ‘
From:
https://www.forbes.com/sites/jemimamcevoy/2021/03/07/fauci-virus-variant-thats-more-resistant-to-vaccine-spreading-efficiently-in-new-york/amp/
and about the efficacy of AZN vs South African variant:
‘ Virus neutralisation activity by vaccineinduced antibodies was 9-fold lower against the B.1.1.7 variant than against a canonical non B.1.1.7 lineage.’
From:

Sorry if that makes for grim reading.

I grabbed a few more shares before the inevitable rise and the inverted TILS man shoulder/arm will be created fully. My last top up now otherwise I bust my % limit for a single share in my diversified portfolio. I used to have well over 40 stocks across 4 different pots, SIPPs, ISA. But down to half that now as I have concentrated on the hottest smoking rockets. Always tough decisions, missed a couple of smaller rocket launches in the refinements. Oh well, can’t win them all...
Come on TILS, I have faith...
P.S. Holding long term here so you can forget the psychological tricks de-rampers...
:)
Hi,

Regards,
Exactly, various people have said that the minimum starting price for a share on the main market is £1?
Hi All, does listing on the ‘main market’ require a minimum starting price of £1? or is that still referring to the AIM market and the price will be in pennies?
Hi,
Of course, everyone’s opinion is equally valid and important. I agree things have been very quiet from TILS, and am hoping for some interesting RNS drops over the next few weeks to clear some things up. Perhaps they wanted to avoid the recent downturn in stocks in general that would have dampened any good RNS.
p.s. perhaps we may be about to have Foralumab piggy-backed onto another company’s trial as a combination cohort!? Just a thought.
:)
Regards,
Some Facts:
Covid keeps mutating just like the common cold Coronavirus.
Every vaccine is currently (and a bit suspiciously) targeting the virus spike proteins, which means the virus variant that mutates these proteins is more likely to spread (following Darwin’s theory of evolution).
The recent mAbs that have worked, from my limited knowledge, were rushed into production by also targeting spike proteins, and are now being used in COMBINATIONS to better handle different variants. This can ONLY be a stop-gap with a limited lifespan!
Covid is not eradicated as long as it is spreading and mutating ANYWHERE on the planet. Eradication will take many years in my opinion, or will be with us forever.
The BEST treatments will be those that, like TILS mAbs are entirely mutation/variant independent.
Conclusion:
TILS are working to the ‘perfect plan’ as Dr. KS so succinctly said, albeit it’s of the slower Tortoise kind than that of the hare.
I too am very happy with my investment here. Anyone who works in immunology at this level is plain and simply a genius in their field. The more I read the more I am in awe of the science and the breathtaking possibilities for so many different treatments, for Foralumab in particular. I am patiently waiting for exciting news and great results yet to come...

Regards,
I have been doing some research on CD3 and IL6, and it seems to me that Foralumab (anti-CD3) is effective much earlier in the process (also affecting IL6 levels) and the use of anti-IL6 mAb is basically mopping up the damage further/later down the chain. Perhaps, and this is pure conjecture from a non-scientist, the BOD have realised that the ULTIMATE blockbuster treatment for Covid would be a combination treatment of BOTH Foralumab AND TZLS-501 for maximum effectiveness (knocking the spots off the results for other later stage mop up treatments like the one by SNG). Perhaps, TILS will introduce a combination cohort in the upcoming TZLS-501 phase 1 trial, and THEN decide whether to combine the two in a single Phase 2 trial. That might explain the recent silence on the Foralumab Phase 2 trial.
Possibly a completely stupid thought, but then who am I to know the scientific justification of such an approach...
Regards,
I have been reading up on the differences between AIM and the Main Market that TILS is now on. This is a really good article that has explained a few things that I didn’t know, so I thought I would share it:

Hi LTH,
I found a great scientific study:
Conclusion abstract:
‘ Studies by Weiner’s group have shown that oral anti-CD3 treatment induced antigen-nonspecific toler- ance and thus prevented, or reversed, disease in mouse models of autoimmune diseases, such as multiple sclero- sis, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and systemic lu- pus erythrematodes.’

I hate to say it but considering who is leading the government in Brazil, is it any surprise that they are not in a rush to prevent lots of older, TAX payer expensive, civilians from dying off earlier than they should? Sorry to be such a cynic here, I don’t think this is necessarily anything to do with the size of TILS, there are always deals to be made, just lots of other (political) factors involved.
:(
Hands up, my mistake, I apologise everyone!
The Phase 2 Trial Starting shortly was not referring to the Covid Nasal trial.
I will take more care before I post next time.
Doh!
Just seems to me that some people are making a mountain out of a molehill. I would think the IL6 mAb needs to go straight into the lungs not the nose so an inhaler is the way to go, not via a nasal spray like the CD3 mAb. Everything else is still in the pipelines, and looks like Foralumab about to go into Phase 2 as planned. In my opinion.
Take that you de-rampers...
Hey all LTH folks!
The Foralumab Pipeline section now says:
‘Starting Phase 2 shortly’
Yay!!!
:)
