It’s around £2m increase in NAV as we thought. I’m hoping this is seen as a positive. I know many are not happy with the deal. It isn’t a fantastic return for the money and time invested into it but having such a small holding FFWD have very little to do with the deal.

I think it will be done automatically by your broker. The previous conversions etc. have all been done by the broker, though I expect it might take a day or two to show in your account.

It seems to be a hot topic right now. It does seem very strange, selling such a small value of shares in what was his fund that he wrote a book with the same name. Jim is said to be worth over £1billion, then again if he is cashing in for another investment he has to sell something, maybe a few from each of his many holdings?

There have been a couple of exceptional cases of share price increase these past few months, especially involving COVID related companies. Unbelievable the Novacyt increase in value from £5Million MCAP to, at its peak almost £1Billion in less than a year. If anyone was lucky enough to buy near its low and sell near its high - a £5,000 investment would be worth £1million. The chances of this happening again are very remote, but success in a good quality test could quite easily multiply the value of BRH many times.

I think there are many invested here for the Paraytec holding. If all goes to plan that alone could be worth many times the current MCAP of BRH.

The current holding of RMS is worth just under £4M. After the increase due to the Pharm2farm deal that will increase to 38% of RMS. Which at current valuation of RMS will equate to just under £6Million. BRH will hold a greater %, but at the same time Pharm2farm will have a huge increase in the number of shares.

RMS has a current MCAP of £15Million at today’s price, so BRH’s increased stake in November of 38% will be worth nearly £6Million.

RMS alone is currently worth around £4Million and upon completion of the Pharm 2 Farm deal it will increase to around £6Million.

If BRH hold 25% of RMS, that holding alone is worth around £4 Million.

BRH Hold such an interesting portfolio, with Covid related holdings right at the forefront. The MCAP could quite easily be covered by one of these holdings alone.
