Rampers/derampers polarisation is utter rollocks. LTHs are just patiently waiting to find out the results with hope and some confidence given results to date. There’s no fence. Opinions are worthless, the trial results are the only thing that matters. Those spamming negative bait are purely disruptive.

WAG, the FDA is the answer for me. If you read about their project it aligns with the shift we’ve seen in design. It’s not about endlessly chasing MTD, they’ve had to withdraw drugs due to that approach. It’s about optimisation, minimising side effects for maximum impact, exactly what they’re looking at right now.

It is bonkers to think how long it’s taking. AVA6k is safe, it’s been proven. The FDA with Project Optimus are quite rightly looking for better dosing regimes, but as we’ve seen cash isn’t infinite. Hopefully we’ll start getting returns on the investment via deals soon. Agree WAG, sounds good.

They'll have good data by the time P2 arrives. Both the 2w study and dose expansion should provide them with the data across several indications to get a deal done. If not, here's hoping the ongoing Dx conversations are progressing well to keep the lights on. I agree that's the time to do a deal. If they get enough to get ava6k through P2 and to market, they should be set to progress the pipeline. That (phoney) threat of becoming a monster should increase the likelihood of a takeover. CC pretty much said that's the exit plan. She needs to execute, within a couple of years I'd be surprised if we're still here awaiting trial updates. I'll miss you guys xx

Reasonable analogy WAG. Like an exploration company there’s huge potential in the billions and what’s sat in the way are execution risk and funding needs. Your timescales to see what lays ahead are right, in a couple of years we hope they’re sat with their chosen indication ready to go in phase 2. Options to licence out the others and a pipeline ripe for a deal too. Dx will hopefully be gone, encouraging investment and giving enough cash for continued development of the pathfinder. The data held along with R&D data will hopefully encourage BP to emerge from the shadows. Exciting times ahead. First things first, H2 milestones need hitting.
