Can someone please explain what was written in my last post

What was the point moving the asset of block 12 if the fic was still liable to pay the outrider debt after zaza and sn made frcc go into liquidation.
If they still have pay the debt and its due this year 2020 with no funding they will still end up losing the asset.
This doesn't make sense. If Arbitration is sorted and not unfair and deal must be on the table and very close in my eyes.
Otherwise what was the point of all of this.
