I see Naughton has increased his holding from 8.11% to 9.1%.

He seems fairly relentless.

We'll be really motoring when Blavod is approved for sales in the US, the Global Brands relationship gets traction resulting in more sales more generally and sales also also flowing from purchases made via the Ardgowan Distillery visitor centre.

Certainly with the two RNS today a TR-1 disclosed shareholder is reducing their stake. Strange to build a stake to then walk it back down. I doubt it was a chat with the Directors as they will be quite limited in what they can say from a disclosure perspective. The 10m @ 0.138 is certainly a bit which is good. My money is on Naughton buying more.

It does feel like someone is bolstering their shareholding.

I’ve done the maths re Roland’s shareholding both pre and post fund raise and I believe that he didn’t subscribe to the fund raise, thus the fall in percentage holding. I think he had other priorities for his money give Ardgowan is going great guns and that’s where his prime focus should be and is.

The below is an extract from Allenby's July 2025 Research Note relative to Ardgowan and the £3m loan note (LN) which was funded by DIS.L

'DISTIL’s investment in The Ardgowan Whisky Distillery

The CLN pays a coupon of 6.5% thus provides Distil with annual income of £195k. Its duration is 10 years and can be converted at any time by Distil into 10.5% of equity in the distillery. The previous conversion value was 9.1% but this was increased to 10.5% post Ardgowan securing the Virgin Money debt facility which ranks higher than the Distil CLN. Distil can assign or sell part or all of the CLN to a third party should it wish to do so. Distil has an observer role on the Ardgowan board.'

DIS.L's market cap is today £2.59m. I'd wager that the LN is work notably more than £3m if it was converted into equity in Ardgowan. Even if it was sold, it would raise at least £3m and it has a very attractive coupon of 6.5%.

The 5m transaction was a buy by me. For some reason it’s showing as a sell. I also bought another 5m at 0.1138 which should show shortly. I’m very pleased with my entry prices given the business is worth at least £4m. See Allenby’s July 2025 research paper.

Very interesting and timely shareholding RNS given the deadline of tomorrow. The two gentlemen referenced are very familiar with Revolution.
