In a very recent RNS, our ITM Power CEO announced the first sale to Austria of our semiconductor industry. and a step into a new industry. ITM have also paired with Shell and this business is also bringing in revenue. ITM will be one of the forefront hydrogen companies IMO.

Nothing has changed with ITM since the last RNSs. News on all fronts is very positive. Firstly, directors have bought ITM shares, secondly the last RNS clearly highlights further expansion of ITM by stating that, ITM Motive Limited ("ITM Motive") is a wholly owned subsidiary of ITM Power PLC.The point to note is that, ITM is a PARENT company and ITM Motive is its SUBSIDIARY. A subsidiary operates independently of the parent company, it is a separate legal entity but he parent company exercises control over the subsidiary due to its ownership of the other firm's stock, which allows it to appoint members to the board of directors.
I like LGEN and have been buying and selling it. The price drops significantly in the weeks after the dividend date. Special dividend will now be a year later, until then the only dividend we get is in August, which is a fraction of the current dividend. We have to hold this share and sail along with the price until then or sell it, which I will do at the end of today and jump back at a suitable time.. It would be a lot better if they had quarterly dividend distribution.
Travel sector is due for a tough time, firstly recovery is not due for the next two years, secondly virus variants keep emerging and there is no suretiy that any new variant may cause more concern, I hope this does not happen. Thirdly, by the time the whole of UK population is vaccinated, which includes recently new borns, who knows? All this will impact on travel as young families will not be able to travel to other fully vaccinated parts of the world. We are proud to say that Uk is at the forefront with regards to the vaccinations, however travelling to other fully vaccinated countries may be limited.
