Calling on all long term posters out there. There must be a number of you holding out but receiving little encouragement on your investment. Now that the serial defender has agreed to depart allegedly for 30 days, I appeal for you to approach the company directly for answers. I have approached them myself & did receive a response but I am not satisfied. Many other company's Management are accountable & have invested personally. I believe it is up to us investors to target the company directly in a po!ite & reasonable manner & to ask what is being done to protect our investment??? What is the point of holding shareholder presentations if we are not on a level playing field??? I appeal to all genuine LTH to approach the company once and for all in a civil manner to demand why progress is so slow??? I see Align invest but sell out to protect their investment & I question the information they are given beforehand. I ask all genuine investors to contact the company directly & demand a response why progress is so slow.

I am a LTH & hope answers are forthcoming!

I hope you're familiar with the saying of what "Karma" means....

I've said it many times before - the performance of the share price is a direct link to the actions of the Management. If there are circumstances beyond their control then they can show intent & confidence by purchasing shares.

Over weekend I had a look into Energetical who they acquired as part of the Cuban venture. This appears to be some sort of consultancy doing what - heaven knows!

12 months into this & still no strategy in place or update on progress. BOD all in part time roles. Their combined effort speaks volumes! While continuing to take salary with no clear targets.

No more discussion needed - the share price speaks for itself.

The BOD are currently patting themselves on the back as gas prices have increased globally! Not sure how much influence they had on that though?

I filtered Old Blue a long tme ago. Don't waste your time engaging with he or she. They typify what AIM is all about. Many people learn & eventually see through this for what it is & exit the market atogether.

Old Blue is more than one person. Just read the language in the posts. He was filtered a while ago!!

Finally at long last some action. Still not sure what the BOD have been doing these last few months?? I wonder if this info has been released as a placing could be imminent. Wouldn't put it past these guys at all!!

Let's hope this goes towards long term holders finally getting some of their money back & out of here!

If I were you I would do what I did with Old Blue months ago & filter them - not worth wasting your time responding to!!

This is just another AIM business promising a lot & delivering nothing while the BOD are paid handsomely! In any other sector their so called expertise would be questioned as no results have been achieved & investors just wait & wait. The share price performance should be a measurement of the BOD's success.

Finally on these message boards there are always a number of imbeciles who claim to be the same person posting endless rubbish to defend Senior Management & to keep reassuring investors that all will end well!

No wonder the vast majority lose money! No I am not shorting - I've been here for more than 5 years!!!

The current BOD won't be in a hurry to progress anything as they're getting paid irrespective of results. I wonder why none of them have invested themselves instead of falling back on options??

Very alarming situation now. We're heading into October & the 'holidays excuse' will be sounded soon. Nothing has transpired despite a so called expert BOD, technical team who have turned up nothing & apparently the best legal brains looking at the court case which again is taking an age & no progress there.

Funds are dwindling with no income...It is evident why the same individuals tout around these companies. In any other sector they would be out on their ear. Just what is happening behind the mirage!

I actually contacted the company directly & they conveniently came back saying that the Directors as interest in the company was in the form of options....not quite the same thing or avoiding the question! Colin Hutchinson was paid in excess of £150K per annum & his personal investment was £5k!!!

I gather Oldblue is posting - I don't see the comments now as I filtered for my sanity! I would advise not bothering to respond to whoever they are as it is more than one person. One claims to be an expert & the other can't put 2 cohesive sentences together!

The "fully committed" BOD - on a part time basis. ...

I have filtered one particular individual as they obviously have an ulterior motive & the name crops up again today just giving one side of argument. I would ask though...what progress has been made in 9 months? Yes the Board are being paid handsomely & their track record speaks volumes! Why is everything taking so long? Most investors will die of old age before this company produces anything tangible!!

Agree entirely Kashdog. A look into Parsons/Dennan's other current business interests demonstrates exactly the same pattern. Same network & contacts, few updates and no tangible results. No wonder they work part time, but I wonder what they are actually working on & when will we see results. As I've said before they're not starting from scratch - we are led to believe a lot of the preparation has already been done!!

Oldblue, Forget the mumbling & answer the question - how is your investment doing??? You're a newcomer on this Forum. No - we're not shorting!! Just waiting for the BOD to show some expertise & take some action then we will happily leave you to sing their praises!!!

There is one poster on this forum who consistently posts absolute rubbish. Funnily enough every time they are challenged to back it up they conveniently ignore the post. " The current Board have achieved far more than the last. " Nearly 3/4 into year - how's everyone's investment looking???? Time to activate the filter button!!
