Lets be clear, its the financial situation at HEMO that is allowing this false economy and weak pricing at HEMO.

Forget that for now and ask yourself, what is HEMO CAR T worth if it works? Then ask yourself, when does the SP begin to go up in anticipation of good results and a substantial treatment valuation?

Vlad is a victim of his own success. He's prided himself on delivering a clinical billion dollar treatment for 10% of most other junior pharmas outlay. No equity split with a backer on principle, he wants all the cheddar if it works. But now the cashflow is low HEMO SP is under the pump because its exactly what shorters and traders feed off. Sell higher, drag it down, buy cheaper. Its the 48th version of the cycle with HEMO.

But how long can it continue going on for? Big pharma likes billion dollar drugs/treatments. The consolidation has muddied the waters somewhat. But IMO very humble opinion, these prices, whether pre or post consolidation, will not be around for much longer.

We're at the point where everyone has wanted to be for six years. Don't lose your bottle now. This is where fear makes you miss out on serious profits.

I tend to agree with this. Whilst saving the NHS money is the headline, the improvement in quality of life for every baby who can avoid going deaf due to this test is life changing for them.

Incredible stuff really, top work. I dont see why every hospital everywhere will not want to take up using the test to save some cash and improve the little babies from potentially have a better quality of life.

Most people invest long term in a junior pre clinical pharma to see it go clinical with the potential for big gains.

Investor6 "says" he sells on the cusp of trials. Investor6 day drinks and isn't really sure what point he's trying to make most of the time as he just lies and talks BS for bantz.

He probably has Pumpky's number for his detailed intel on HEMO.

In my view significant savings can (and very likely are) being made on consumable equipment and supplies spending. Furthermore, the foreign exchange loss is based on the cash balance. As its much lower now this figure will be substantially less.

It seems very plausible to me that the current monthly expenditure could be reduced to a figure around a half of the "average" you cling on to.

The HEMO belt tightened since, and will do going forward as necessary. Four months streamlined expenditure at more like £200-250k per month and both the urgency to secure funding as well as the amounts required to keep things ticking over are materially reduced.

They increased activity on CBR and CDX in line with expectations of goinginto trials with HEMO CAR T H1 2024. This did not happen. Adjustments will have been made in H2 to the resource burn on project work that is not HEMO CAR T.

If you have had experience of running a business adjusting spend rates should not come as such a mind blowing shock. And if not run a business, its still complicated.

This is EXACTLY what I am suggesting.

Any prudent business, after the delays through this year, would reduce or freeze work on all other projects until HEMO CAR T is over the line into trials and additional routes to funding can be sought.

Are you of the opinion that businesses don't bother to adjust spending strategies through a year where external influences demand such? (circumstances like delays to accessing clinical financing packages for example, whilst still pre-clinical?)

BTW I say sadly, in the sense that it doesn't suit your agenda.

On the balance of probability HEMO has tightened its belt significantly as this year has progressed and reduced its spending to address funding through to trials.
