i thought the mcap would be a long way north. i'd say all junior pharma is pretty shot currently. investor risk appetites seems low and so does holding for an actual long term (7yrs+). the english markets in particular are dead. if we were in america we would be worth substantially more imo.
i see car t getting bought this year. some sort of partnership (upfront cash, £30m say, and maybe 15% royalties on commercialisation, something like that). car t is inextricably linked to cdx in its design and make-up and a successful car t will go a long way to validating cdx bringing fully in to focus of big pharma also. it wouldnt surprise me if on the success of car t any buyer wants cdx with it also.
and then we're funded for the game-changer... cbr. this is where my valuation of the above moves from the singular to the plural in terms of £billion(s). obviously its much earlier in its development but the success of car t gives very strong indications that hemo are **** hot and cbr may very well do what it says on the tin.
it would be very nice to hear of big pharma sniffing around by q4 this year. but i suspect our sp will be heading north much sooner on the positive indications with the first few patients. in fact, as i've said, i think it begins once this placing funding is secured.
