Reminder of why HEMO11 Jun 2020 18:18
Time is our friend, hold, and be patient.
-CDX conditioning treatment and AML cancer treatment in its own right. Ready for phase 1 human trials on announcement with GlobalCo
-Car T Cell Therapy, another blood cancer treatment we've self-funded though pre-clinical testing. Currently completing IND enabling tests prior to FDA approval and a JV with a partner for human trials in coming months yet to be confirmed.
-HuPech cell therapy which we have been developing for years, the latter years with Orgensis. Sounds to me like something they'll want to deliver through their point of care propositions in Hospitals all over the world. We're due an update on its development but it is quite clearly nearing sign off for human trials and its already got FDA orphan status.
- ApbHC humanised mice are my secret jewel in the crown. They live longer, stay healthier and eat cheese faster(made that last bit up, but its possible) which enables prolonged detailed testing of treatments compared to other inferior versions. Absolute game changers in my eyes. We have had a development tie up with GlobalCo since October last year so I would like to think an update on those could be due any time although likely on GlobalCo announcement. I am utterly convinced that every man and his dog will want a shipment of our mice which could be proven to reduce the drug development process overall by years. And that is both pre-clinical and the hum trials as I believe our pre-clinical testing will be far superior to competitors and allow things like doseage and side affects to much better monitored and identified.
- The link up with Orgenesis is bigger than most people think. They're a smallish Company as far as pharmas go (we want to see the bigger boys involved) however their innovation is extraordinary. They're cash rich and have the manufacturing capacity to deliver on their novel point of care proposition as well as source their own drug manufacturing sites to make the biodefense platform deliver on its offering. A very exciting proposition when we get 12% of all earned income from using our mice.
- Our J&J lupus project work has been going on for a couple of years now and we haven't really had much of an update on this. We are overdue news here but I believe that our disease modelling on the mice will have proved excellent and we will have been successful at whatever level we have assisted. It would be good to know the commercial terms we've been working at.
Finally, covid. Vlad is a man of principles and his drive to help save lives is unquestionable. I believe we have maxed our capacity to collab with a number of other companies on antibody covid work, he has intimated in tweets that information sharing is vital to solve the covid problem. And I 100% believe many of the big boy firms have been allowed access to our mice in particular for testing covid treatment on. Our mice are at the core of the orgenesis biodefense platform and our own Covid work.
